The Retainer of the future

During the covid pandemic, my retainer cracked and had some holes from my grinding at night, I didn't want to fork out £120+ for a new retainer from the orthodontist so I had a look elsewhere.

Vivident popped up on my google search and I was amazed at how professional the process was. From the at-home impression kit, to the final product.

I opted for the extra thick retainers due to me grinding as mentioned before, it seems to be really high quality and to a lovely standard. I'd recommend Vivident to anyone looking for a new (or spare) retainer!

The company has been really friendly and professional, they actually seem like they care about the customers and their quality of service.

Though the process took a little longer than expected - the pandemic has been delaying postage countrywide, so in normal circumstances, this process should be back to normal!

Great Service. I ordered my retainers from Vivident and unfortunately the Royal Mail ended up losing them. I emailed the customer service and they got another set sent out on a special next day free off charge. I then realised I'd messed up the impressions for my top retainers and they sent me out another impressions kit and my new retainers very promptly. They did this all whilst constantly updating me via email. I would recommend them to anyone who needs retainers.

I was very happy with my retainer. I was sceptical because it's only £39! The print process is easy if one follows the instructions properly and the customer service team is lovely!

Found them by doing a quick search online of where to order retainers and found them, wasn’t too sure if the quality was going to be the same as my permanent nightly “Invisalign” retainers!, ordered the upper and lower set, they quickly sent me the impression kit with very clear instructions, but dummy me messed it up, i had previous models from my dentist, so decided to sent them that with my screwed up impressions and emailed them letting them know (response was super quick via email) and the whole process took no more than 10days, received my retainers with the models i had sent them and they are perfect! Fit soo good, and the material is the same or even better than the Invisalign ones I had, super happy with the customer service, speed of order and quality!, absolutely recommend (oh also and pricing is excellent)

I ordered retainers from vivident not sure what to expect from online retainers. They price is amazing and I just received them today and the quality is amazing too. I did my bottom impression wrong at first and the customer services were quick and send me another impression kit that same day. I highly recommend them ! Amazing

I ordered a lower retainer. The kit arrived and it was simple to follow and easy to do.
Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the original address I had used and the address which I wanted my retainer to be sent to resulting in my retainer being delivered to the wrong address.
Vivident handled it really well and graciously providing me with a new kit and offering a refund. They responded to my email very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service and kind gesture.

Found vivident online as I did not want to pay the £150+ my dentist was asking for for new retainers and I am SO GLAD I did.
My retainers arrived in less than a week, the material is so much thicker than that of the one used by my dentist and I can already tell these will last so much longer. I did pay extra for the grinding ones and again glad I did- for the sake of £10 it is well worth it. The price of the retainers overall was great (I think I paid about £80-90?) - I was so surprised when they arrived with how good quality they are (even came with a little bamboo toothbrush too to clean them with!)

The whole process was really easy too- did everything from the comfort of my home.

If you’re needing new retainers I would 1000% recommend using vivident and not letting yourself be ripped off by dentists!!

Really happy with my new retainers. I ordered the thicker ones as my previous retainers snapped very easily. These guys managed to turn the order around very quickly around Christmas which was so appreciated (I provided my own models that I had from my orthodontist). I was reimbursed the postage and the retainers were delivered with 1st class tracked delivery which was great. They fit perfectly and are very tight so was struggling to take them out first but now I have a trick where I use a teaspoon to release them.Thank you!

Amazing customer service!

The people at Vivident have gone far and beyond. My case was slightly different to the traditional purchase route as I still had my NHS mould. Vivident were able to offer me a discount due to having moulds and then refund the postage for me to send my moulds. All done and refunded In under 24hrs, the customer service is the best I’ve ever seen.

Although I seemed to have a slight crack in my retainer when it arrived. Vivident responded within the hour and have supplied me with a resolution.

I had never got retainers online before and wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The moulds came very quickly and when I received the retainers they were just like the ones from the orthodontics. Although, when I first done the mould I done it a little wrong but they managed to make a retainer still, however when I let them know it was loose they sent me another kit straight away and it fits now! The quality is just like orthodontics ones but are such a decent price so would definitely order them from here again! It's great how you can choose to make it a little thicker against grinding too which I could tell the difference when I compared them to my previous ones which never had this option. Very good customer service throughout!

Vivident are brilliant, so pleased to have found this company! Needed a quick replacement as my original dentist retainer snapped which I had worn religiously following treatment, and Vivident delivered!... I'm so impressed with both the speed of delivery and the quality of my new retainer. The finish is far smoother and neater than my original retainer, supplied by my dentist after treatment. Also didn't need to payout to travel to the dentist twice for moulds and then for collection. Thank you Vivident. I will be back when my lower retainer needs replacing too! 😊

Fantastic customer service! Much cheaper than the dentists and I would even say at much higher quality. The option to make the retainers thicker if you grind your teeth is a great idea. Highly recommend using Vivident, they have a great team who respond quickly to any queries you have.

Needed a new set of retainers and contacted my dentist and they advised it was going to be about £230 but thankfully I found Vivident as they are well under half that price. I was a bit concerned with how good the price was but so pleased I took the risk. It was very easy to do and took the same time as a dentist would take if not quicker and from your own home.

Having gotten my braces off five years ago, I haven't seen my orthodontist in years so when I lost my retainer, vivident helped me.
The kit was delivered promptly with clear instructions as to how to do the mould and how to send the kit back. It was then a matter of days before my new retainer arrived. It fits really well and is comfortable to wear.

There was clear communication from the customer service team when there was a query about my order and delivery was prompt.
I would definitely recommend vivident to anyone who needs a new retainer.

I am not someone who normally leaves a review on the experience i had with a product. However i wanted to give my thoughts on this great organisation that proved to be beyond my expectation in both service and product.

I was rather apprehensive with purchasing my first replacement retainers due to the large amount that was required with my orthodontist. I had decided to look for an alternative and came across Vivident which i must say now that it was the best choice i have ever made. Upon looking at others experience with the organisation i thought that i would take the chance and give it a try.

I had required both top and bottom retainers i opted for the option of having them thickened due to teeth grinding.

The impressions came promptly soon after and the instructions where clear on taking the moulds. They where then packaged up and sent pack with the return label provided for free.

Soon after the retainers had arrived. Upon first glance i could see that the quality of them was very good compared to my last. However i was rather concerned with the top front teeth not being fully covered with the surface of the retainer this was a major concern i was looking to wear these all day which meant going into the public. As i did not want to have half of the surface covered for the top retainer i opted into contacting them via email. They had handled the situation very well and mentioned that i would need to create the impressions again and they would create a new set of retainers to accommodate for the fault that they took full responsibility of as they thought i was only wearing them for the night and not all day.

Now i have 2 sets of great wonderful retainers from Vivdent. I must say i have never been so looked after by an organisation like Vivdent. I would highly recommend them over your local orthodontist. And i am definitely going to put the word forward to family and friends about this and my experience.

All together a great experience with Vivdent will definitely come to them again over any other alternative and would highly recommend you to purchase with them if you are in need of new retainers. Hope this helped somebody make their mind up. :)

Lovely service, I had an issue with my first order and they were prompt in responding to me and made a new retainer for me entirely free and it was very fast delivery as well. I’m very happy with my order
