Customer service at Vivident is 10/10. I initially had some problems with my order (delivery and loss of impressions) but the team did everything to rectify the issues. A replacement impression kit was sent out with tracked signed for delivery to ensure it arrived safely and subsequently followed the order through to completion. After my impressions arrived at their premises, the turnaround time for my retainers was excellent. Would highly recommend!

After having my braces removed 3/4 years ago I was given a retainer to wear. A couple of weeks back I misplaced both the top and bottom retainers. I didn’t want to pay the Orthodontist prices so decided to see if there was any where else that could do them just as good but for a more reasonable price. That’s when I came across Vivident. I ordered, and was sent my moulds ASAP which was a quick and easy process at home. Not longer than 2 weeks later my retainers came through the post and I am really happy with them. They feel strong and not flimsy like my other ones.

Did not get my retainers after waiting for a month so they just refunded me.

I've been in need for some replacement retainers for a little while and not wanting to pay the extremely high prices the orthodontist's charge I decide to give Vividet a go.

The impression kit came two days after I ordered and was easy to do myself! I sent the impression back just before a bank holiday weekend so it did take a little longer, but when I queried where my order was they replied fast and told me when it was posted and when to expect it.

The retainer itself is well made, sturdy and fits my teeth perfectly. Would 100% recommend. Fantastic customer service, great product.

I messed up taking the 1st impression (my fault), and they very kindly sent me replacement putty. Retainer has now arrived- it looks study, good quality and the fit is good.

Edit: The order eventually arrived. I can say I am extremely happy with the quality and the fit, certainly better than the ones the orthodontist give you. I asked to have it made thicker which I would certainly recommend as it makes them slightly sturdier but not too thick either.

I was told the original order had been lost in the post, as seems to be a common trend amongst these reviews but another one was issued. Whether or not the 'first' retainer was actually posted or not I guess is irrelevant now.

I have recommended this company to a close friend who was looking to get a retainer at the same time and would still recommend them again due to the quality of the product. However, I do believe communication could be improved so customers dont have to chase their order up several times before delivery. They have refunded my order in full for the trouble I had so I can't ask for more.

Placed an order 1 month ago. Recieved the impression kit 2 days after and was sent back the next day. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I have emailed asking for an update which was 'it will be sent this Sunday' being the 12th. After another week, still not here. They are now not responding to my emails and offering no update on my order.

Excellent value for money and very helpful and friendly staff when we had an issue with delivery dates but was sorted very quickly and professionally slowery delivery than posted but expected due to the current times many thanks for all the hard work will recommend and be using again top job to all your staff and thank you again

I’m terrified of the dentist, I hate the idea or the dentist but know I need new retainers. So I went with Vivident. They send you the putty to take your own impressions. It’s a putty rather than the weird liquidy stuff they use at the dentist. Having impressions was always the most traumatic part of braces for me and always put me off getting them. But these were so stress free!!

I sent off my impressions and they did get lost in the post but Vivident were in contact with me the whole time and didn’t wait longer than a day for a reply, they quickly dispatched another impression kit out to me and then they were back within a week or two.

I paid extra for them to be thicker. They arrived (with a free bamboo toothbrush) and were perfect. They grip my teeth and fit better than my originals and don’t cut my mouth like my old ones did from the dentist. They’re much thicker and more sturdy. I’m beyond happy with them. I don’t put them in quite so reluctantly now.

After posting the below review i was contacted by the company and asked to remove my honest review and that they have refunded me. Firstly i said i was not refunded and it is an honest reflection with email proof of my experience. They have then taken the underhand bullying route of saying my review is false and reported it to TrustPilot which then goes in my spam box and i have 3 days to reply. I luckily saw it and have replied to Trust Pilot with this proof. All in all very poor behaviour by Vivident hence 3 stars going to 1.

Ordered too and bottom with extra payment for grinding on the 1st February 2021.

Apparently Royal Mail dropped the ball and my order never came but i was in contact with the Customer Service team and a new set was sent. The finished product finally arived on the 8th March 2021. A long wait which if Royal mail messed up then such is life.

I ordered from this company as I did not want to go into the city to see my dentist. I am also an emergency service worker and work shifts so this was the most convenient.

Pros:
Friendly customer service team that are polite
Well fitting retainers that feel sturdy.

Cons:
Far too long a wait when i was constantly chasing up where they were.
The retainer is transparent but on the gum line it is opage.

After having some issues with Royal Mail losing my parcel, my retainer has came and it fits perfectly! I’m really happy with it and will order in future.

Superb service and customer service. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but everything was received perfectly.

They made a small mistake in the order, but noticed it themselves and remade a second pair of retainers without me asking!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, my replacement retainers are perfect and feel exactly the same as my previous orthodontic retainers, thank you Vivident!

I was hesitant to try this company as I’d only ever seen reviews online and never heard of them before. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email so when I contacted them I received a very quick response. The kit arrived and I sent it off, after 10 days I was concerned so I emailed again and they advised that post is slower than usual. 5 days after that my retainer arrived and it’s perfect!

I appreciate there was a longer wait than normal but of course it can’t be helped in these difficult times.

I have my teeth correction done years ago. And one of my hawley retainer was broken all out of a sudden. And vivident sent the impression kit very quickly which is absolutely easy to work on. The first retainer arrived few days after I sent my kit back. Everything goes so well. Lucky me got a perfect retainer for my first try. And thanks a lot to the customer service too.

Initially my retainers didn’t fit so the team sent me another box free of charge super speedy, second retainers fit and they sent me a toothbrush which was a nice touch! Will definitely use again

Fantastic customer service. If you have any issues with the order or something else do not hesitate to contact them, as i did, and they was kind enough to help me.

I read the reviews on Vivident before I placed an order. Fast delivery. Waited 5 days and nothing. Contacted them and was informed they would send the items again. Still nothing. In the end I asked for a refund and have gone somewhere who are really helpful.

Needed new retainers as my last ones broke due to me grinding teeth and the plastic wearing thin. I found the most good reviews for vivident and decided that i should invest in a new, stronger pair which will help stop my teeth move after my braces were removed. It was a very quick and easy process to complete the moulds and send them back to the company free of charge. I received the retainers in the post a few days after which was very fast, and they fit perfectly and the thicker plastic is so helpful as it allows the retainers to feel stronger and prevents me from damaging them. They also posted a free toothbrush which was a kind gesture :) lovely customer service and a company i would highly recommend!!
