I have just received my retainers and am so happy with them! I had braces many years ago and retainers afterwards. I was not very good remembering to wear them and after a few years noticed my teeth starting to shift. I decided to give vivident a go and cannot be happier! I had used the wrong shipping label and emailed them, and received an email very quick helping me out. Fast service as well. 100% recommend!!

I decided to trust the reviews here and place an order on 10 Oct 2021. No updates from the company for 4 days, so I emailed them, and they said my package should arrive that day. I received my kit on 15 Oct, so not bad. But I emailed them to ask a question on 22nd, and didn't get a reply. I emailed again on 25th, still no reply. If they don't want to be labelled as a scam, they should 1. Reply to their customers in 1-2 business days, 2. Provide a business phone number for enquiries, rather than a single email address. Right now, it certainly feels like a scam, and I hope they reply to me after seeing this review.

Royal Mail lost my impression kit and vivi dent were quick af sending me a refund when requested instead of another kit. Not sure what the retainer side of the company is like but they get a 5 purely for communication and being quick offering a refund or new kit

Initially I was sceptical but I decided to risk few quids and tbh I am more than satisfied with their service and product equally. Totally worth the money and will save you a lot of money and time as well. would highly recommend.

I have been waiting for ages for my retainers to come for ages and have been told Royal Mail “may have lost” them. I then had quite an unclear email back saying I would need a new kit sent out to me which I am not happy with because it is going to prolong the process by another month. There is no contact number so you have to wait 3 days for a reply to an email and conveniently they are out of office for a week and a half next week so it is going to be another month until I get anything from them - avoid buying from here. Update - I have no been told my retainers were unfit for use and were never even sent to me. This is after someone this morning had told me they had been sent and lost by Royal Mail. I only started getting quick replies from them after leaving a bad review here.

Very efficient customer service and retainers custom fit! Great alternative to orthodontic clinic retainers which can be double, sometimes even triple the cost of Vivident’s retainers!!

Waiting weeks and weeks for delivery of the finished retainer , have emailed numerous times , contacted via messenger, tried the virtual chat on the website and have had no contact from the company at all, poor service - get in touch with the company as soon as you have not received the retainers as they won’t contact you - good retainer when finally received.

This has now been resolved and refund given. Paid £49.99, received moulding kit but never received the retainers and it has been six weeks waiting. Sent 3 emails and used the online chat but nobody ever got back to me. Steer well clear this is a scam and there is no phone number or business address either. Not a legit business.

Quoted £150 by the dentist to replace my son’s broken bottom retainer. So thought I would try Vivident for £40…I am SO impressed with them!! Quick sending the impression kit, easy to do and then the retainer arrived. Fantastic material, seems better than his one from the Orthodontist!!! Fits perfect. I will defo be using Vivident again.

Gave it a go before but didn’t receive them. They refunded and still sent another impression pack and just got my retainers! I got the grinding ones and they seem sturdy and definitely looked much better and cleaner than my manky old pair I was replacing from one I got elsewhere years ago.

Unfortunately mine mold kit were lost in courier so never gotten mine reatiners. Company were very sympathetic and quick to respond.

Ordered 2 x lower arch retainers. Impression kit took slightly longer than expected to arrive. Emailed to ask when I should expect it - they replied to email and said it had been dispatched kit came 2 days later. Did moulds and returned. Waited 2 weeks (website says manufacturing time 8 days), no retainers arrived. Emailed on a Friday after office hours - no reply, emailed Monday during office hours and received email that night to say they hadn’t received my impressions. I have been offered a refund which I have requested as I don’t trust the service at all. I’m waiting to receive it.

Poor customer service. Website says “ We're Here 24/7 For Anything You Need” which is not true I suggest you remove this as it is misleading. There is a chat option which is a bot which ends chat with saying someone will get back to you.

There are other retainer companies with much better customer service.

My sons retainer broke, after only 8 months of wearing it, I contacted the orthodontist, to be quoted an extortionate amount to get a replacement! After searching the internet I found Vivident.
They are an excellent company, I cannot praise them enough. I received the impression pack within 3 days of ordering. Unfortunately, we struggled with the putty in the heat so I emailed Vivident, they sent out a new pack within hours, at no extra charge!
We received my sons new retainer in less than 2 weeks after sending the mould back and I have to say, the quality is so much better than the ones from the orthodontist. I will have no hesitation in using Vivident again in the future when I undoubtedly have to replace his other retainer!

I could not RECOMMEND this company enough. I completely rely on retainers to keep my front gap from re opening and I’m terrified of breaking a retainer and my teeth shifting while awaiting a new one. I found this website and honestly thought ‘too good to be true’. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go. I grind my teeth so opted for the thicker. I can’t believe how thick and strong my new retainer is..so cheap too. It fits perfectly and the quality is fantastic. I thought I’d struggle with taking the impressions but it was so easy. I received my new retainer exactly 8 days (as promised) from the company receiving my impressions. I couldn’t fault the whole thing one bit!

Good quality product. Need better customer service and more clear information around delivery times as it took a lot longer than I expected with no communication.

Never received a functional retainer, ordered over a month ago. Decided to refund through credit card as I’m sick of waiting. When emailing the customer service I was always kind and understanding but 1+ month is too long to wait for a retainer. Customer service responds too late (usually 5+ days after sent email). Do not bother

Edit: In response to Vivident’s reply I implore them to check not only my email threads but those of several others who have left reviews stating the same issue. As I really wish what you say was the case.

Had a hugely positive experience, once I returned my impressions I received my retainer in around 7 days, it's just as good as my dentists, if not better. Recommending to friends!

So so happy I found this company!! The dentists have been nothing but unhelpful over the past year so I decided to order from Vivident after reading all the good reviews online. I have never had a retainer before so I had a couple of questions before ordering, Vivident were really friendly and very quick to reply. My mould kit arrived 3 days after placing the order, I then sent my mould back the same day and received my retainer within a week which fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend (especially if you have unhelpful dentists like me) plus it’s more affordable!

Great quality product and excellent customer service, especially considering that my order was received and processed during a lockdown. Warmly recommended!
