I am beyond disappointed... I've been waiting over a month for my retainers to be delivered. I was promised they'd be sent out two weeks ago and still I receive nothing. Now they don't even reply to emails and I noticed their website is down... Very suspicious. It's a shame as when I ordered there were very good reviews... now I see nothing but bad :(

No problem with the retainer I ordered arriving within advertised timescale, but the actual retainer received does not fit at all. Emails to the company to request a return and refund have not been responded to at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give no stars I would, I ordered a retainer costing me £89.98 the retainer turned up poorly made.

It didn't even fit into my mouth, and if it did it could of caused huge problems, causing more harm than good.

I still haven't had my refund

This company should be shut down ASAP

I ordered a retainer on 16/11/2021 with the ‘14 day fast turnaround’… I’m still waiting today. I sent back my impressions, heard nothing back. Have sent an email, received an automatic response back of ‘we are currently receiving a high demand’, website undergoing maintenance and Facebook page disappeared?!

Terrible experience. You'll be waiting days (or weeks) for them to respond to emails. They'll repeatedly 'send' kits only for them to be repeatedly 'lost' by Royal Mail. I'm guessing they were never sent in the first place. There's a lot of 'lost' parcels in the reviews here.

Almost 2 months later, 2 sets of impressions and a lot of frustration, I receive 2 deformed retainers. These clearly look like they were damaged in the forming process and were sent unprotected in a jiffy bag.

They've now stopped responding entirely to communications, so my only route to refund is a chargeback with my credit card provider.

Believe the terrible reviews and avoid.

I have been waiting for my retainers for few weeks now. They sent an email that it was shipped but never received it.

Not replying on emails as well. Please help.

I had a good experience with Vivident.
Very thankful to them that I was able to get a new set of retainers as the first set I had, had broken down after 3 years of continuous use and my orthodntist was asking for near to £400 for the X-ray of my teeth as well as the new retainers.
This website was a good alternative as I was thinking of using an Invisalign type website however, it seemed ineffective cost wise as I just wanted the retainers, not to straighten my teeth any further.

I did the impressions wrong the first time, so sent a message to vivident showing them where I went wrong - although I did not get a physical response, I was resent the impressions free of charge. I sent them off, no issues.
I did have to email in order to find out where my retainers were as it had been slightly over the time originally planned for my retainers to be posted to my address and I had not received any indication that they had been posted or any tracking number for example to know they had been sent.
I appreciated receiving the automated response however, letting me know they had a high frequency of emails and therefore their response time might be delayed.
When I received my retainers, I was incredibly happy with them, they fit really well (better than I was expecting to be honest) so was definitely worth the money spent.

The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because I feel like the communication could be slightly better, but all in all, very thankful and happy with the service I received.

Very disappointed that my retainer has not arrived and I have been waiting several weeks.
They promised delivery twice and have so far broken the promises.
I'm feeling that there's something suspicious about this company - I wouldn't trust them if you are looking to order.

I would just like to thank Vivident for their amazing customer service I received. They were very patient with me as I struggled at first with the impressions. They kept in touch the whole way through, sent a replacement kit out with no questions asked when I messed up my first impression.

I received my retainer today & I couldn't be more happier. The quality is excellent & a perfect fit. I would happily use their services in the future if I was to lose this one.

Placed my order ages ago! Still not received my retainers. I received my impression kit which I sent off back to you and had nothing back. I would like a full refund for my order or retainers sent out to me before I consider further action.

We ordered retainers from vivident and despite numerous emails we have had nothing except vague promises. I would not use this company and advise anyone who wants retainers to look elsewhere. My son has experienced stress due to worries that his teeth will be unaligned due to not being able to wear his retainer. If they had been honest with us and said they would not be able to fulfill our order we could have gone somewhere else, but to keep telling us they were on there way when they obviously weren’t has added to the stress caused. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. EDIT. THEY REFUNDED ME VERY QUICKLY

I purchased a retainer. It didn't arrive for two weeks and when it did, half the front was missing rendering it useless. I complained via email (there is no phone number) and after receiving the automated email that they could not respond, they eventually did and stated that they needed the product to be returned They refused to pay the postage costs stating 'our services are not for free'. I can't send the retainer back to them, despite sending them photos of the terrible product that they sent to me as I will lose out on another £5. I can't believe they sent the product to me in the first place. I should have guessed by the spelling errors that I couldn't trust them. Don't be fooled the website!

bought a retainer they said they shipped my retainer out but i’ve been waiting too long now and they don’t reply to emails i wouldn’t recommend using them at all jus get a custom retainer from ebay you’ll probably have more luck they right now i’m gonna see if i can get a refund since i never received my order.

They are unprofessional and do not pay attention to anything they sent my retainer to the wrong place and won’t reply to me once again please just never order from these people go elsewhere.

I had high hopes when the putty came through sent it back off. been waiting now for a month. Still no retainer requsted to have my money back and have not had a refund yet. I DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. total let down!!! waste off time! I am going to be letting people know everywhere how rubbish these people are!!!

I feel I have been cheated by this company.I have paid nearly £90 for my order which I submitted nearly 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the delivery.I have sent 2 reminders and all I get is standard email to say they are inundated by emails and I have to be patient.They are quick to take my money with no results.I will not recommend anyone to deal with this company.I have requested to have my money back before considering my next action

Not sure about the product as I’ve never received it! Beyond a joke to get in touch with, you email them and never hear anything back it’s been well over a week now.
Shambolic customer service very very disappointed.

I lost my original retainer and was desperate for a new one. I found Vivident and i have never been happier. I was skeptical at first but i was so happy with my retainer. The whole process was so simple and the Vivident team and so kind and helpful if you have any questions. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100%!!!!

Awful! Ordered when my current retainer had a small crack in it. I ordered as a replacement before my current retainer was no longer fit for purpose.

Received my impression kit which I completed and sent back. The service claims an 8 day turn around which is why I used them but two weeks after I sent the impressions back, still no sign of my retainers. Very slow replies to emails to then tell me that they had been posted. It Has now been a further two weeks, still no sign of my retainer and no clear answer as to where they are. My old retainer is now broken and they no longer have my original impression kit.

Communication is not up to standard and nor is customer service. I have been waiting for over a month now and have been extremely patient.

Please update me immediately as I have sent so many emails to which I have not had a response to.

Poor communication
It's been a week since I sent my impressions back and I've had no communication to say they have been received which has left me worried that they aren't actually on their way. Would appreciate being able to call the business but no response to my emails either.
