Amazing team, couldn’t be happier with the service and product.

Had a set go missing in the post first time around but a quick email and it was sorted within a matter of hours.

Absolutely lovely team, understanding and so helpful.

I have upper and lowers, this is for combination of grinding teeth and general after braces care. So sturdy, not to thin or thick and very comfortable (for retainers).

After receiving my upper and lower retainer set, it was obvious after first night the lower retainer had not been manufactured to high standard and fit as it was rough and rather loose on my teeth.

After getting in contact with customer support whilst they were timely with response, it’s been complete lie after lie about sending a replacement. I messaged them on the 27/01/20 and to this day have had countless back and forward emails full of lies of how it’s already been sent and it should be on it’s way?

It’s obvious through the conversation Ryan is just blagging lies, what do you get out of this?

Very pleased. Ordered two retainers as I wanted a back-up. Impressions were quick and easy to make, and although it took at least a couple of weeks, the received retainers fitted perfectly. Good customer service with speedy replies and a generous demeanour. Great product at a fair price. Robust plastic seems durable. Highly recommended. Thank you Vivident.

I ordered some whitening trays and was able to get them urgently upon request (thanks!) Not flimsy rubber like the kind my dentist gave me, these actually stop any leaks. I highly recommend Vivident.

I received the impression material very quickly so I was a little surprised that my retainer took as long as it did to arrive - about two weeks.

Overall I'm very pleased with the product and the communication from the company.

I must admit I was very sceptical about buying a retainer off the internet but I’m so glad I did.
I was quoted £175 by my orthodontist just for one! Communication was brilliant and delivery was so quick. Anyone who is worried about ordering, don’t be!

Similar story to others: my first impression had an issue, however their support immediately sent be a new free impression kit. Second time did the job, and it fits perfectly. I paid for an extra-durable retainer, and it is definitely thicker than my last retainer too.

I was panicking after I lost my retainers and I needed one fast. I was skeptical but Vivident is extremely reliable and get back to you fast! I am really happy with the product and Vivident always answer any question in regards to the retainer.

these guys are amazing!! i am being a fool and can’t get the mould properly meaning the retainer isn’t fitting properly and this is the 3rd time they’re sending one out for me and they insisted they’re not happy until i’m happy with the product!! definitely recommend!

I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received from vivident, and e-mails were answered swiftly by Ryan, who was most helpful. The putty and plastic tray to create the mould was easy to use. Pop it back in the postbox and within 10 days my new plastic retainers had arrived!

Not very happy at all. It took me many attempts to get this done using the putty and my mold as it was really tricky to get it in the right spot.
I have received the retainer and it dosent stay in place on one side of my mouth. Basically the Plastic dosent cover my teeth enough to hold.
I now have no option but to go to a dentist and pay the £150 on top of the £40 I already paid to try this approach. Not impressed.
The retainer is small and quality is poor.

Ryan is really nice, and my impression kit arrived promptly, however, when my final package arrived the retainers were not in there. Is it possible to get another set sent or a full refund please? :)

I’m really impressed. I ordered an upper retainer for my daughter and the turnaround was just over a week. The retainer is a snug fit and seems to be excellent quality. Thanks 😊

I ordered a thicker retainer as I grind my teeth while sleeping. When it arrived it was thin and not what I expected. After getting in touch with them Ryan at Vivident offered to either remake the retainer or I could have a full refund.

Excellent communication with Ryan, he was incredibly helpful and very quick with the responses, I cannot recommend this company enough.
The retainers i got were better quality and fit than the ones from the dentist and at a much more reasonable price.

Perfect fit, great service.
