Great service, great value and fast delivery

I've been wanting to write this review for exactly a week, but couldn't as the number plates were a present and I didn't want a public review which could give the surprise away!

Last week (Feb 2026), I had originally called Halfords to enquire about number plates and found the whole experience so underwhelming I ended up googling local independent plate manufacturers in the Bristol area, I ended up finding Vivid Plates, a nice user friendly website, with clear and easy to find contact details, so I could put in a 'cold call' and enquire over the phone. The phone call was answered quickly, I was able to have a very pleasant conversation about my requirements, availability at their side and ultimately explain it was a present, the V750 had come through that morning and I was picking up a new car for the plates the day after. I'm pleased to say the support was fantastic, I was guided through the website, explained the best route forward, where I uploaded my documents and paid online, this was followed up with a couple of SMS/text messages, and I was fortunate enough to be able to pick up finished plates a couple of hours later on the same day.

I honestly can't thank them enough for the good service experience. It is very rare in this day and age to see good customer service delivered so effortlessly, so professionally, with such kindness and decency.

In a world of endless bad companies with endless lists of bad reviews, it's been a real privilege to fall across Vivid Plates and be reminded good business are still out there. Thank you.

Ordered some plate holders on 25.8. Am still waiting.
The communication is non existent, I have rung 4 times which just goes to voicemail, my calls are never returned. Have emailed numerous times and even tried a live chat. Still no response and still no plate holders!

Paid for next day EVRI but item sent via Yodel and delivery not next day order sent back as required urgently so had to go elsewhere
