Ordered a pair of numberplate holders on an EVRI next day ( which i paid extra for) Vivid sent them via Yodel * delivery quoted 30th August.....7 days later. So I got Yodel to return then to sender but they have returned to local depot....again. so I have duly got Yodel to again return them to Vivid as they did not deliver when required do have had to go elsewhere.

Great communication from start to finish. Staff were polite and easy to deal with.although we already knew they made us aware about the plate we ordered was purely a showplate and should never be used on a vehicle on the road. The turnaround was very quick and would have been quicker if I had ordered a bit earlier. Would definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

Vivid plates were very efficient in taking my order and completing the Plates within 24 hours. I collected them from a safe place. The only downside was that I had to put the holes in myself because of the type of Plates. Other than that, an excellent service.

The service was good, with my questions being answered promptly. My only slight concern was when I realised the carrier was Evri, who don’t have the best of reputation.

Couldnt fault a single thing with service from start to finish. Small issue with the item recieved, couldn't apologise enough and reissued the plate within 24hours at no extra charge. Brilliant quality and great customer service.
