Ordered CarGuard with install, they said will be mailed out and charged me for it with 5yr payment plan with other alarm equipment. It never came via mail. Asked customer service where is it, they said it hasn’t been sold for over a year and they have issues? Seems to no longer be on their website to be ordered. I asked for refund, this is 3rd week and still no refund or any word on it. Been calling Vivint and they said check back in 5 days. I said it is like over 10 days, they said wait another 5 days.
We were sold this, and it would not install. We were told the following day, it was discontinued 4 months ago, and it should have never been offered to us. It only works and connects to 3G.
This product never worked from the start. Had two technicians come out and attempt to connect and never worked. In the end had to return the product I was told by the representative there were issues, and I should probably wait until those issues are corrected with the product before purchasing again.
Since day 1 one device not working I called many times no help sorry to say this I don’t like service
The Car Guard doesn't work with my vehicle, and the parts were not shipped. The technician has tried the one from his truck, which he tried to apply to my vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not work on my vehicle.Item will be returned.

Don’t want it or need it. Has not worked since installation!

Does not work in my car a 2013 Ford Fusion. I keep going through setup to completion, just for the app to ask to start again. this has happened 5 times already
it occasionally disconnects from the service tower.
