took multiple tries to install. found out the provider you guys use and wasn’t happy with it. Im gonna return it since the provider you guys use doesn’t cover a large range. disappointed with the product since this is the one I wanted the most

I cancelled my service with vivint because of things like customer service is so so bad. D minus rating with BBB

Have had a few issues with it but mostly seems to work decently well. Updates status within 10 seconds or fewer any time I'm taking a trip or doing things with the vehicle.
I am not able to log onto this this in my Audi I need help and can't get any Would have been helpful to have someone from Vivint help with getting this set up.

this is used or referred to more often than I thought I would. Works very well.
It does not work. The technician was unable to bring it on line.

I love being able to monitor my cars health and security when I’m not around it.
It’s cool but when Leaving the house I wish it wouldn’t send as many texts sometimes I get two or three just for leaving one time four messages at once to tell me I left.

Too early to tell.
This has nice features, but it that don’t work correctly. The notifications of start and stop times don’t appear until later in the day, and they are inaccurate.
