Bought my 2nd pair from vivo, they are comfortable but the insole keeps moving and riding back to the point where you can see them at my heel. I have tried to contact vivo but their AI chats are the most effective. If an advisor sees this could they reach out as i dont want to return them, but would like advice. Thanks

Quality has tanked!

Previously loved Vivos and always raved about them and their quality. Bought a 4th pair for my dad in June 2025, expecting them to last him years. They're currently only 8 months old with holes in the sole and upper, shoe laces broken, and absolutely shot! Quality has tanked and when speaking to the Vivo staff, they weren't at all interested, literally saying "why are you giving me a hard time about this?". As someone who was a proud wearer of Vivos, I am no longer speaking highly of Vivobarefoot and our entire family is looking for a different brand of shoes to support. Really disappointed.

The shoes are great but...

The shoes are great, they look great, feel great and give great stability, grip and freedom of movement while training, which was my reason to buy them.
But they fell appart after a few hours of wear. After only three 2 hour workouts I noticed the sole detaching from the upper of the shoe. How this would be possible when my workouts only consist of some core exercises, some squat variations and some fitness machines is beyond me, no other shoes ever had this happen, not even after years of use.

I tried to get into contact with Vivo barefoot which is a hassle and took longer than a week to get a reply, and they tell me to use their exchange portal that uses a uncommon delivery service thats only available outside of my city and takes me longer than an hour to do this, and I have to pay for it with a creditcard which I dont have and didnt use to pay for the shoes. I replied to explain the situation, I need the shoes to train, I already got rid of my old shoes because I expected my new shoes to be good, but I get a copy and paste answer, so Im left with a choice of keeping these broken shoes now that are 2 weeks old and seem to fall apart already, or pay for this "exchange portal service" not train for the next days or weeks untill I get the replacement shoes from them or buy other shoes in theean time.

It sucks, the shoes look great and feel great, I really liked them. But this experience is terrible and I would not recommend anyone to either buy Vivo barefoot shoes or at least not buy from the website that has such a bad customer service.

This is not the first time I am experiencing the most unprofessional and appalling customer service from Vivobarefeet. It took me months to resolve the issue finally and yet again I am here writing about my complaint the ignorance of the non existent customers services. Not sure if it was an AI or actual human call Vivi who replied to my email about the wrong size felt slippers they sent me in march of this year. I ordered two of them, one in November last year and one in march this year. I didn’t check the size or use them until over a month ago when I realised one of them was size 6 and not size 5. I just thought they come up big until I checked the other one which was actual size 5. Someone called Vivi replied and the same as before just sent me a link to their return portal which was not even that and took me to their help page. I explained that it was purchased longer than 100 days and I need a link to be sent to me manually. This was early this month and even though I sent a follow up , to this date no one has come back to me. This is my ticket number 1284785 if anyone from Vivobarefeet is reading this message. This is the second and long awful experience I had with your customer service after you decided to close your telephone customer service. Bad and non existent service and poor quality shoes

WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER

Great shoes - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I returned 2 pairs of shoes with A LOT of difficulty. Gave them proof of delivery and no one is bothering to reply on my refund status.

Honestly, horrified with such terrible after sales support.

Great shoes - not so great service

Love the brand but not a fan of after sales support. Ordered 2 paid but had to send them back due to sizing issues. I got charged 20 pounds for return. I get a DHL return label which DHL Dubai rejected saying the return label needs to show 2/2 instead of 1/1 as there are 2 boxes of shoes. I’ve sent multiple emails to these guys, had to give order number and email again yet no one bothers to respond. If this is the after sales - then I think i think I’ll no longer buy from the

Took the money and ran

My wife ordered some shoes in mid August, we're now in the second week of October and they've not sent her anything. It was basically a scam.
We've tried contacting via email and their Instagram AI bot, nothing worked. They simply stole her £80!!

Misleading Return Policy, Unable to Return, Poor Customer Support

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son, but they were too small. Despite their advertised “100-day return” policy, I have been unable to return them. Emails go unanswered, and live chat is impossible to reach.

This is very disappointing and misleading. I would caution others to be careful before purchasing, as the company may keep your payment without honoring their return policy.

very poor delivery …

I have made a purchase on 30 Nov and to date 12 Dec not received my item
I was called on 1 Dec to ask if I would accept a different colour since the colour was not available to which I emailed my response
I have emailed the customer service twice and had to prompt them for feedback
They do not adhere to their 2/3 business day delivery policy
I won’t be buying their products in future

Please be sure to track your return refund

Please be sure to track your return with this company. Two weeks after Vivobarefoot had received my returned shoes, I had still not had a refund. When I sent the company an email, they claimed my order had been paused in their system. What would have happened had I not contacted them asking for my refund? All they had was an apology, but not a real answer. It seems to me that a customer should not have to ask for a refund.

Just to say that I bought these shoes for my daughter, against my recommendation. There are brands out there far more comfortable than Vivobarefoot. Xero, Groundies, Feelgrounds. My daughter also found the shoes uncomfortable, hence the return.

Not what I'd hoped for

I really, really wanted to love these shoes . .and the service. I've two other pairs of Vivos and love them

But the shoes (Gobi Lux Mens, Black) come with inserts that don't fit and with laces that are way, way too long. Both of these should be easy to fix. However trying to reach customer support either via email or what's app is a joke. What's app just stops replying. And via email you have to keep explaining the issue, your order number, your address etc. And after three days I've yet to get a reply (let alone a solution).

Come on Vivo, you can do better

We welcome all reviews and we do take every point raised seriously.For all preorders we do try to be on time as per the original date on the preorder but as things can happen in the logistic chain we send out notifications starting 2 weeks before a shipment arrives to advise of any delays.We do know some servers spam our notifications . Shoes not built for kids

My son loves the comfort, however the rubber/ synthetic soles wear down within 6 months; for a kids shoe that is almost R2000.00; it is unacceptable.
