Quick turnaround on changing the shoe model

On the product, Vivobarefoot makes an exceptional quality product. The shoes last years and years. On the service they deliver very quickly and efficiently, they are swift to respond to queries, and they have helped me in the past to bring a specific colour I wanted from the UK.

I'm addicted but be careful to transition slowly...the quality is unparallel and generally made in countries with human rights.

The shoes are wonderful. By far my favourite to wear.
Responses to mails can be a bit slow and need to follow up often, but other than that, great.
Would also like a larger range that is available in UK. Pribably cant keep everyone happy though ;-)

Apart from the main reason of buying these shoes for their ‘barefootness’, the customer service was so fast and fantastic that I will definitely be buying another pair soon. Having slim feet, with a high arch and long toes I find it difficult to get the right shape shoe and the Vivobarefoot Tracker Decon FG2 fit like a glove! I hate wearing shoes but needed a pair of good hiking boots for my travels, these shoes are probably the closest one can get to complete comfort with enough support, good grip and unlike usual hiking boots, they are super light making them easy to take along anywhere and not weigh you down while you’re hiking. If I could give a 10 out of 10 I would! Thanks team Vivobarefoot, Jason and Shaun!

Awesome service, shoes & online process.

I received confirmation that the order is on its way on the 28'th of September. To date, 3'rd October, the package hasn't arrived.

Been wearing Vivo's for over a year and love the shoe. The team at the Cavendish store where incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even allowed me to bring back a pair after a couple days as they were just not working for me, and gave me store credit to get the right pair when stock was renewed.

My barefoot shoes were delivered the next day. My exchanges were also processed efficiently in the past....

Next day delivery when 3-5 days was quoted. About my 10th pair over many years of being my “sole” foot ware. I ask for size 43 and they are always a perfect fit.

The website purchase experience was pleasant, with no surprises. delivery was on time and hassle free. And finally, the product is exceptional. I have had spinal surgery numerous times over and have a numbness in my right foot. Most shoes are difficult to get on to this right foot and make it feel tight and swollen after a few hours of wear. This one is easy to put on, fits snuggly and makes me sad taking it off at bedtime. Love it!

Aesthetically, these shoes are really beautifully designed. The left shoe is a bit tight on the inside below my left big toe where the knuckle part is but I'm assuming they'll stretch as they're leather.
