Quick online processing and delivery of my order. Ordered a pair of Vivos online and after placing the order, realised I had made a mistake. Immediately called the store to rectify this, my order had already been received and my problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Got them the next day :)

Accommodating and friendly
They were very accommodating and allowed me to exchange my shoes twice, because I was really unsure of the fit. They let me try on multiple pairs and ask loads of questions, which was very helpful.

Recently ordered a pair of Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit Mens Obsidian/Iridescent × 1
EU44/UK10 shoes which was delivered late.The size did not match the shoe size as per chart supplied.Returned the shoes for a refund at the cost of my courier and 10% of the purchase price being forfeited.
The whole experience did not flow, the communication was poor and the refund was cumbersome and i had to wait.

Really enjoyed visiting the store with the knowledgeable sales people. I bought online at 4pm but they were ready for collection the next morning. Amazing service and beautiful shoes. Loving wearing them and already planning the next pair!
