However not impressed by delivery. Instructions were to deliver to back door if we were not in. The delivery person just dumped parcel on step of front door and did not even ring the door bell. Typical DPP. Not good enough.

Royal Mail really can’t get things…
Royal Mail really can’t get things delivered when they say they will. They said they would attempt Friday, so I arranged to have someone be in on that day. It actually turned out they later attempted to deliver the day before on Thursday. They then said they would automatically refill etc on Friday (great right… NO). But they haven’t done that, now I am out of medication and will have to be late to an important appointment to try and collect from the delivery office, which is only open very infrequently.
Is there an option to use a different courier?

Really easy to purchase the item
Really easy to purchase the item, and it arrived when it was expected. However, I found it hard to believe that they made me pay for delivery when I was spending over £40, and then sent me an email saying ‘if you’ve chosen to pay for delivery, it’ll arrive within x days…’. Also felt that the communication once I’d purchased the product wasn’t great other than asking me to review them.
