Needed some support and advice…

Needed some support and advice regarding a cycle to work bike I had ordered and got through to Emily on the phone. She was so helpful anf knew all the answers to my questions. She followed up with an email to make sure I had all the details I needed and was very helpful, friendly and patient.

I have a really good overall experience…

I have a really good overall experience with Perkbox on monthly basis. Recently I had to turn to Customer Service for purchasing something mistakenly. They were very helpful and efficient. Not only they helped me solve my issue in a timely manner, but also throughout the whole process kept me updated. Really pleased :)

Great experience resolving issue

My daughter was stressed/anxious due to a mistake she had made whilst ordering a gift card. She spoke to Keiran whose manner was so lovely and she resolved the issue, which my daughter was very relieved about.
She is a star & credit to the company.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service and amazing efficiency.
I had challenges with accessing Salary Finance due to corporate rebranding and name change at my Academy. Both the Vivup and Salary Finance Customer Service Team were knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I was able to access the portal, the results were immediate!

The team are very good 😊 & will explain everything I’ve had 3 items all was dispatched in very good time unfortunately with living in an island it’s not vivups fault that curry’s will not dispatch large items to an island 😢 such a shame really for islanders in the scheme.

Clare is a superstar employee

I needed to return an item and initially the response was very slow by email- However I called them and spoke to Clare who was understanding and efficient and able to resolve the issues. She then kept me updated which was excellent and the matter was soon resolved.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I was struggling to place an order and just couldn't figure out what i was doing wrong. Spoke to a lovely lady called Tracy, and within 15 mins I had managed to place my order. Effortless 1st class service. Not only a great perk but to have such great support from Vivup as well its brilliant!

Has wide variety of products to choose from. Easy and quick process. Even with returns it very quick and simple. Monthly contributions is not heavy on the budget.
