Excellent Customer Service and amazing efficiency.
I had challenges with accessing Salary Finance due to corporate rebranding and name change at my Academy. Both the Vivup and Salary Finance Customer Service Team were knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I was able to access the portal, the results were immediate!

I needed to return an item and initially the response was very slow by email- However I called them and spoke to Clare who was understanding and efficient and able to resolve the issues. She then kept me updated which was excellent and the matter was soon resolved.
