I recently put in an order for a JD Sports Voucher. I got a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account but the voucher has not been delivered. I have emailed but not had a response, tried their online chat which was an AI chatbot and no help, tried calling and got a prerecorded message saying ‘the phone line is closed because of technical issues’, their Facebook and X accounts have been removed.

I had recieved a cooker that was badly damaged and I messaged Vivup to tell them that I wasn’t accept that one and coul I please have a replacement, I got a email back from Emily say they would look into it and get back to me. This was on the Friday.. come Monday still no response, so I had to Google to find a phone number as there was no other way of contact them, and I had been without a cooker since Friday ( now Monday) so I called and a lady called Jill answered the phone, this lady was amazing, she took over the case from Emily, and she had a brand new cooker delivered to me at 730am the next day, so I would like to praise this lady and thank her very much for getting this resolved for me, in a fast and professional manner.
