The online customer service portal / chat function is misleading - it implies you can speak to someone / raise a message but there does not seem to be that actual function that I could ascertain. This aside, when I did get through to speak to someone on the phone, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and sorted my query very quickly.
