I had a great experience with Vivup’s customer service. Yesterday I emailed to ask if my details could be updated from Barnsley Hospital to Sheffield Children’s Hospital so I could place an order. Clare responded today and sorted everything out straight away with no hassle.

I have been having login details problem for quiet a time. I put a call through to Vivup customer care and the lady I spoke qith assured me she would send the complaint to the right channel and will get it resolved. What makes the service superb is that she kept updating me on how far she has gone on the issue until the problem was finally resolved.

The chat bot was not at all helpful for the issue I was having involving annual leave purchase. It was not on the bots option list and there was nowhere to ask a question. Amazons chat bot is a much better model for this. I contacted a department from the available options who told me to use the chatbot. I explained my difficulty and they provided a phone number where I was able to speak to someone who was extremely helpful and had the issue resolved quickly. I would give this person 5 stars but he service overall a 3. Without this persons help I would have scored a 1 star.
