My employer recently switched to using Vivup after using a few other platforms in the past. Vivup is by far the worst I've ever used and their customer support appears to be non existent. For starters their app is awful and feels like it is just loading a webpage within the app. I've also so far not had a good experience with purchasing e-vouchers through Vivup, as none of them seem to arrive instantly, or even within a few hours in most cases. I've never had this issue with any of my employer's previous providers, as vouchers have always been accessible immediately after purchase. With Vivup though it seems these can take up to 1 day, which is not mentioned anywhere before purchasing the voucher, this only becomes apparent in the order confirmation e-mail. Their customer service seems to be non existent when trying to query orders, they have an awful AI chatbot that does not help at all and just tells me to contact my employer (I fail to see why this is their problem) and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually contact a real person at Vivup.

Excellent service.
I ordered an item through the salary sacrifice scheme, which developed a fault after a week. I contacted Vivup, explained the situation, and they provided clear instructions on how to return the item and obtain a replacement.
When I returned the item, the supplier did not follow their expected returns process, so I informed Vivup, who investigated the issue. I then received confirmation that a replacement would be issued within three days, and it arrived the very next day.
The communication and support at every stage of the process were excellent.

I contacted Vivup help when I had lost/couldn't find my cashout email, and they went out of their way to assist me, responding quickly and being very kind and accommodating. Really impressed at the customer service.

ordered adidas vouchers via work rewards scheme, had confirmation e mail but no voucher e mail, money taken out of account and still next day no vouchers, their customer service is truly awful online chat, e mail doesnt work and not much better on phone, told me to ring the provider as its would be quicker than them doing it or cancelling, which i did, tbf they did try, but still no e mail recieved 2 hours !! wont be using again. Update 4 days on and still no vouchers !!

I ordered a phone as a gift for my mom but we had to cancel our visit plan and I ask the company to return the phone and they accepted. It was really heart warming. I also was really happy with the staff support and help and how quick they answered my emails. Couldn't be better. Will order stuff from Vivup in the future again.

While we were away, I ordered a Tesco e-card. Whilst doing so, there was an issue with the website/signal/my phone, which caused the transaction to not complete correctly. When I went back to fill in the missing information, as instructed to do so, the incorrect email address was submitted. I got in touch with customer service & Clare has been in touch throughout, offering first class customer service. She resent the e-card to the correct email keeping me informed of the process from start to finish.

Massively overpriced, they claim to provide savings through salary sacrifice but they mark the prices up so much it’s cheaper to just buy from Apple or John Lewis directly
MacBook Air from Apple: £1100 outright or £1170 with a payment plan. From Vivup: £1280 *after* tax and NI savings. That’s a ridiculous markup considering how much tax and NI is being saved too
Edit to add: they then “requested more information to verify I had a genuine experience” despite the fact I’ve clearly included the prices from their own website and so obviously know the review is real, because how else would I know the prices? This feels like an attempt to stifle a genuine review.
