I regularly buy egift cards from vivup and they are usually more or less instant. On this occasion there was a delay and I was concerned because of it's usual efficiency which I had come to expect. I wrote a message and had a very quick reassuring response that my egift card would be on it's way but had been slightly delayed from the supplier. Within the hour it arrived. Great.
