I have been using Vivid for a few years as a perk of a company I work for. The discounts have been really helpful at times - particularly AirBnB and Ikea. Both have saved significant amounts of money.

Asa has answered all my queries in a very polite manner, he took his time to deliver a good customer service very responsive.
Really helpful and responsive staff, Asa sorted out a problem I had with accessing my organisation's offer quickly and with no fuss.

Applied for a gym membership where the payments are via salary sacrifice. The amount deducted in the first month was more than 4 times what the actual amount should have been. I was unable to get any explanation other than passed from one team to another.

Clare helped me by ringing the company who I’m getting a bike from. She was quick to call
Me back too which is much appreciated and told me the bike would be shipped today or tomorrow. Unfortunately I emailed the company - Brick Lane Bikes - after I was told the issue (them getting the money for the bike) was resolved and they replied saying that it wasn’t. I’m a bit worried about the bike arriving as i am due to start paying for it from my April pay.
Jill helped resolve my issue with Currys which the store wasn't able to.
Thankfully after sending some further information I managed to get my issue sorted with minimal fuss. Thanks Jill
