Asa made the experience using your customer service so much easier, it was very difficult to find who to contact. That chat bot is useless and I was already quite frustrated with the process. However once I got in touch with Asa it was smooth sailing. He listened to me. And was extremely helpful

Unfortunately the fitted oven I ordered was too big and I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Viv-up especially Asa who made returning the oven so easy,
