Damaged TV on opening

When I opened my brand new TV unfortunately it had a massive crack through the screen that wasn't visible until switched on just a black screen with a smashed like. I followed the guidelines for damaged new goods sent the photos of the TV and packaging and next day was advised the damaged TV would be picked up and would I like a replacement... the answer was of course yes. The old TV was locked up by Dpd in the morning and my new TV was delivered by the end of the day.. cannot fault the communication and resolve to my query and replacement of faulty goods. Smooth easy process from start to finish... thank you Vivup and Curry's for your smooth and efficient service.. highly highly recommended!

Good service all round

Good service all round. The lady I spoke to today was very patient gave me time to navigate, talked me through what I needed to do and I never felt rushed.

Poor customer service

Item not received by dpd to my address
It had been left at a post office
Said to vivup not received the item for home delivery
Told me to collect said no as not convenient and item was home delivery
They were very unhelpful especially the man called Mark who couldnt even spell my name right
Wont rush to use again

Excellent customer service

I made a mistake on my order and I was impressed how quickly and efficiently my error was corrected. I just stated the problem and the issue was resolved without any need to answer questions. The emails I received were polite and friendly. I highly recommend Vivup.

Good Customer Service

Asa made the experience using your customer service so much easier, it was very difficult to find who to contact. That chat bot is useless and I was already quite frustrated with the process. However once I got in touch with Asa it was smooth sailing. He listened to me. And was extremely helpful
