I ordered these for work come very quick.

Very helpful - no fuss about replacing part that was our fault we had lost

Kelly who I spoke to was great and very responsive and helped find what I was looking for very quickly.

Excellent customer care & service. The ordered whiteboard was delivered by a national courier service via their depot(s) - the whiteboard was quite badly damaged. I took photographs of the whiteboard & the large cardboard box which had a prominent 'FRAGILE' label attached (with additional protection inside), it had obviously been roughly handled in transit. This was reported and a response from Viz Pro was swiftly forthcoming & assurances given that a replacement would be despatched promptly (with extra protection); it was & less than 48 hours later I received the replacement. The product itself is exactly what is required. A happy customer now. Well done Vi Pro!!

Very sturdy whiteboard that won't warp, but it is heavy for something thats supposed to be portable. Clunky to put up and down. But good quality.. think it will last forever!

My whiteboard arrived damaged, but following a quick exchange of emails and an apology, arrangements were made for its return and another was dispatched (which arrived in perfect condition). Both the product and the service were excellent.

Ordered a large whiteboard from here for homeschooling, after much searching online!

Would highly recommend, received immediate email after purchase and received board by 10am next morn (did pay a few pounds for next day delivery). No fuss whatsoever.

Board great and exactly as described. Up now and ready to go!

Great product and customer service.

Initially I recieved an alternate version of the white board ordered and it was also damaged in transit.
Customer services dealt with it promptly. The damaged board was collected and the correct one delivered within a couple of days. It's now up on my wall and looking good!

Ordered an item that was clearly labelled as “in stock” on their website and paid for premium delivery. Chased them 3 days later via email, no response. Called them on day 4 only to be told to email their warehouse. Response was blunt and unhelpful. Basically they said there is a 2 week lead time, which I followed up on and got no response. Sent a cancellation email to them on day 6 which triggered a response and they stated that their manufacturers in Europe have a 5 week lead time for the item, which is absurd.

Eventually got a full refund. Not recommended unless you like wasting your time.

Good quality, very happy with whiteboard, it is solid with a smooth professional writing surface, plus the magnetic eraser and pen holder are also great.
