Not a great experience at all.

Not a great experience at all.

Insurance company advised Vmobility were supplying us a vehicle. Had multiple issues with communication break down and difficulty with customer services.

We advised our insurance company and they removed Vmobility from the claim and instructed another vehicle supplier.

They took £1 from our card on 29th Sept and didn't refund it, we chased on the 22nd of October and were told it usually doesn't get refunded.

Poor all round.

Sam was amazing polite fast efficient and no messing around my car was sorted in record time. We’ve had a stressful few days after our car was hit and we urgently needed a car( we were the claimants) and thankfully Sam sorted it and WOW the car is amazing we are so lucky it’s fantastic ! Thank you for sorting our car out through insurance company we are very satisfied !!!

Mr Darren Lewis

Mr Darren Lewis, was very professional when delivered the car .
He kept informing me of his movements on his way down to my place.
When he arrived, he politely waited for my wife as she was doing something for about 10 minutes.
He agreed to help with a smile Explaining everything on the car wel said if anything you’re not too sure I’m happy to help and go through everything again.
The car was super clean also the way he parked the car in my drive he can tell he’s a pro.
His service was great. Hope to see him again when given the card back.

Poor customer service

What a poor customer service. Your staff parked on a disabled parking lot on my street. Thesame car I rejected was brought back and parked and the key was dropped into my mailbox without any prior arrangements or notice. Who does that? Currently, the old man who uses the private disabled parking is making a whole lots of noise in my neighbourhood according to the person who alerted me because I am not around. Attention of the Gloucester branch of yours was called to it/Josh and another staff within the hour it was parked but they did nothing. I made two phone calls, and nothing was done. What a poor customer service. Please, come and MOVE the car away now! Caveat emptor!
