Always love the items from Vegan Outfitters, I have several jumpers and t-shirts, as well as a bag, a mug and a few pairs of joggers in my collection now. My only complaint (and it's not really a complaint) is that I can't afford to order more often! Customer service are super responsive and helpful with any queries!

I have purchased 3 T-shirts this year in xx size and I love them. The length and quality are excellent and I love the patterns. Hope to get some more soon

I ordered a tee-shirt and a sweater (around 100 euros) almost 2 moths ago. Never received the order, wrote to the customer service twice. They say they can't do anything because I did not payed an extra for the tacking service. I will never buy anything from them again!

UPDATE: after letting know the customer service about this bad review, they sent me the products again. The package arrived very fast and the clothes are very nice and top quality.

I have 2 tee shirts from VO. The sizing is great, the quality is excellent and the service was very fast.

I have had several items from this company and I agree with the reviews about the good quality of their garments. I've even ordered as gifts for others. The downside seems to come with when there is a problem with an order. I asked for an exchange for a pair of joggers (after reading on their website they don't do refunds as their orders are bespoke...I have since read their replies on here that say they do issue refunds) but on returning the garment to them they insisted they were so full of pet hair they wouldn't possibly be able to give them to anyone else as they appeared to have been worn. They had been worn - to try them on! I didn't recall pet hair on them when I packaged them up. I do have a cat but the photo they sent me they said was of "white dander", so not my cat's hair. They insisted their non refund/exchange policy is industry wide which is not the case, I have returned items to other companies with no issue before. To add to my annoyance, upon telling them I would never purchase from them again I was sent a £10 voucher towards another order in response! They returned the original joggers to me and when I opened them I initially thought they had sent me a new pair and not my original pair as there was nothing wrong with them.
If you are confident you won't need a refund or exchange this company is fine. If you think you may need to then avoid. As someone else commented their customer service staff are very pleasant but they don't value your custom.

So disappointed. I ordered a t-shirt in good faith, believing I would be receiving something eco and good quality. What I received is the lowest grade cotton t-shirt I have ever seen. I feels and looks factory sweat shop not eco, plant friendly. It’s also outrageous they don’t offer a refund option, something I only discovered when I looked to return it. It’s 2024 and that should be illegal. I have contacted them directly and and have requested a refund. If nothing comes of that I will contact PayPal. Do not recommend.

Having had to return a T-shirt because of the very poor sizing, it has taken weeks to get a replacement and that appears to only have been prompted by my asking where it was. The package arrived back to them via Royal Mail weeks ago but was only acknowledged last week. The replacement T-shirt is appalling quality and the print looks like I’ve had it for years. It’s a different fabric to the original and is akin to a T-shirt you’d pick up if a market. For £25 it’s dreadful. All the lovely messaging isn’t worth a thing if the product is so poor. I definitely cant recommend them and would say actively avoid buying anything.

A very frustrating experience with inexperienced staff when dealing with a simple sizing issue. The garment I ordered was the Watermelon Embroidered T-Shirt (Unisex). I am a 42 yr old man who has worn Medium sized t-shirts for decades. When opening the packaging I could see it was a small mens t-shirt. I had to send numerous emails and photos of the garment whilst proving the incorrect size with a measuring tape for a return. I was given a load of waffle of how sizing can be different due to different dyes used by Real Human Beings which can affect the sizing etc (....yawn). Bottom line I managed to get most of my money back but was still left out of pocket for a delivery charge they refused to pay. Bear in mind their sizing is more suited to boys..not men?!

These guys are fantastic. The products are great quality, reasonably priced, delivery is good and customer service fantastic. I had call to change my order (due to ordering the wrong size) more than once and they were so understanding and good about it.
I would highly recommend this ethical company.

This is my second order from Vegan Outfitters, following my delight with the first. The quality of their products is great and fit perfectly. I am really happy to have found this company and support their ethics

I love everything about this company. The designs, the quality of the product stand the customer service are all top notch. The most important thing for me, however, is their whole ethos. I am a big fan.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my partner. Despite the promises, the shirt was held up in Finnish customs, and I had to pay VAT because the company's IOSS number was incorrect. I investigated the matter with both customs and the company, and the outcome was that I would have to pay the tax again if I wanted to receive the shirt. I received the shirt after paying the tax, but the shirt was torn. Customer service responded quickly and promised to send a new shirt. With customs, the same issue arose again, and despite my efforts, I had to pay the taxes once more. The total cost of the shirt, including shipping and the triple-paid taxes, was over 50 euros. They refunded me 7,72 euros. The shirt feels thin and of poor quality and was definitely not worth the price. My interpretation is that the company does not seem to be very eco-friendly and appears to engage in greenwashing. I do not recommend it, and I will not be ordering from them again.
