Bad costumer service,

I went to Athen for job, end of June ,and my phone stolen there,so I had to get another phone, went to near me store ,everything was OK,the person helped me was respectful, so back to other city ,after few days ,when trying to install my FB and Insta ,couldn't, someone else was log on and my phone locked for 2 days.
I went to the different Vodafon, they unlocked it, but still someone else was on my phone too. I back to Athen, and the manager was so disgrace, The manager there was very angry, agrecive,and disrespectful to me, and even accused me of being a liar and a fraud. I had never seen such a rude and unprofessional person in my entire life at this moment, Finally after many arguing, the young staff ( Alex) ,who helped me before ,came and show that my number was used number, which they sold it to me as new line and new phone. As costumer, have right to claim that ,and asking for answer, but no response, nothing fixed, and boss who also call himself Alex too, said this is your problem not me. I had ticket ,couldn't stay to get any answer or help . I leave the address here to make sure someone ,concerning and follow up with that aggressive person.

Be aware... poor customer service, dodgy kwaks

Be aware...this company has very poor customer service and could steal money from your account.
AND, if there is a concern in connection to balance queries, the customer service demands private document records claiming it on GDPR personal data privacy protection act or so.
..doesn't sound very safe to me knowing that, likely, not even a single one there ever familirised with it, ever 🤔..
I don't even know what else to say if customer service handles private data maybe it is all safe now and all is protected... 😳 what if soon they run ballistic rockets 🚀 hmm ?? .. or maybe it just me, a little ill, old donkey who can't afford wasting money??? who knows 🤔....
Afterall, Dodgy & Rude, in breaches throughout, easy money for lawyers...

I wanted to upgrade my line to fiber…

I wanted to upgrade my line to fiber optic. I selected an option for Vodafone to call me, indicating I am an existing customer. A lady called me and told me because I an an existing customer she cannot help me but I should call 13880. I asked her if it is free and she said yes. I called this number and it said it is free for the first minute, if I remember correctly, and then I will be charged some amount per minute. Seriously????? This may be reason enough to change my provider ...

Vodafone is the worst they will automatically use your currency if you don't use their glitched application from play store. Trying to connect there? What a horrible joke it's just not happening so they can keep on using your currency to force you to buy more.

Crazy bad customer service

Crazy bad customer service. None of their find your own phone numbers work. When I tried to contact support. It switches to Greek even after selecting English. Had to select random number and then waited for 15 minutes for it to disconnect. Can’t believe I am paying 30 euros a month for this

First of all a problem appears the wifi cuts in and out we tell them the problem they send a technician he does NOTHING and says "ey we will bring a better one and if it persists we bring OTE" i want the problem fixed the day you COME not wait another week for another technician just to do the same one time we were left with no wifi for 2 weeks too STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCAMMED

Customer service menus in Greek only!!

You call their customer service number at 13830. The recorded message says "for English, press 9". From that point on you get menus in Greek only and have to select the correct one depending on the topic! Someone who does not understand Greek is completely lost.

9 months of waiting for an unstable fluctuating speed, unreliable connection

Application date for fiber to the home 100Mbps contract for 30.40 € was on july 2024. After 9 months of waiting the connection was at last available but runs unpredictably slowly and is instable, especially from afternoon and later and ranges from 180kbps to 100Mps. Streaming the ertflix or YouTube, content via browser or native smartTV app stalls frequently using WiFi and Ethernet. The same applies to upload speed, there is congestion when it late. Apart from a helpful couple of technicians, there was no willingness to stabilise the speed, ie dead links were sent to test the speed through an app on a non existent web page for weeks, it seems they have no clue how to stabilise the speed and some non technicians were rude, trying to trick you, and a few insulting liars. Furthermore, a wifi mesh extender was not provided although the current offering of less than 30€ includes it. Moreover a technician promised to send me the IP telephony credentials so that I could use a tested and reliable ZTE router, other than that they offer by default. I am still waiting for his email! All in all they have lost their trustworthiness and I shall be looking for a next ISP asap.

Unforgivable experience.

If I could give zero - or even negative stars - I would, this company should not even exist from how bad it is, the only reason it's still a major ISP is simply because they have the infrastructure, a company as bad as this would not survive in any other country except one so bad as Greece (and I'm Greek). They always have horrible coverage and terrible - sometimes non-existent - wifi speeds. STAY AWAY!!!

They don't know what they are selling

They don't know what they are selling. Every salesperson, technician or customer service has something different to say and for that it's Vodafone's fault. For something so damn easy to get Vodafone tv and just needing the codes to log in, they make me wait almost a week for needing nothing essential. Just producing procedures to other procedures just for them to exist without producing some result. The worst possible experience.

awfull service in Perea

I never had a problem before but on the 24the of dec. 2024 i went to the Vodafone shop in Perea and i was so shocked of what heppend in there. I came in tyhe shop and the ladies were looking at me like go away. Normally there are two men working and they are polite and respectfull. But the men were not there that moment. So the ladies thez were unpolite, disrespectfull and rude. Especiallz the manager of the shop. Her name is Nancy and she is onlz fiendly and polite when you go for opening a new contract. Otherwise she is rude and unfrienly. Helping people is not written in her contract that she signed to be a manager of a Vodafone shop. So mz problem was to bring my portable modem for Wifi back and cancelle everything because i was moving to an other countrz for work. She just wripped me off and said to me come back next week.I explained to her that is was going the next day. But she was looking at me that is your problem. I want that the customer service make contact with me as soon as possible. i want to stop my contract. If no reaction . i will not pay one cent!

I am very dissatisfied in finding a solution in a problem that the root cause is not the customer.
My family is charged a huge amount to pay as has traveled in a country outside European Union and was wrongly informed initially about the cost of the mobile service.

Unstable

I have the giga cube (works with sim). Supposed to be 150mbs and I have top 25 to 30. But its ok I can still work. What I can not stand is that It is not steady and disconnects a lot. Suddenly the modem stoped working. Ok bad thinks happen, so I took it to Vodaphone. They didn't give me a substitute until my modem gets fixed and not only that but it's two weeks now and they haven't even call. They never forget to send the bill but the the service they provide is really awful 😞.

They canceled my order for no reason

I ordered the airpods gen2 from their eshop on Black Friday.
I got an order number right away but didn't receive an email or anything similar, so I called them the day after to verify that everything was going smoothly with my order.

They told me that they would call me and let me know in a few minutes, which was a lie because they didn't.
So I called them again the next day.
A lady verified that my order had indeed been submitted and that I would have to wait a little more because of how many orders they have to deliver due to Black Friday.
I said that I had no problem with that at all, as long as I would receive my order.

The day after, I receive an email stating that they can't find my order because I have provided them a wrong order number, despite the fact that the lady actually told me what the order was about the day before, meaning that she could clearly find my order using the order number.

I told them that my order number is correct and provided them with a screenshot that proved it. They told me they would get back to me asap.

After 5 days of not hearing from them, I emailed them only to receive a reply saying that due to how busy they were during the Black Friday, my order wasn't actually submitted although I did receive an order number.

They didn't allow me to purchase the exact same product with the same price that I was supposed to be paying for it on the black Friday sale.

This was my first and last time I'm buying anything from them, avoid them at all costs.
