After 15 years of being a loyal and patient broadband customer (emphasis on patient as I've been let down time and again with poor internet service), I decided to move on to Cosmote. Vodafone's vengeful service team immediatelly pulled the plug without any prior coms/notice of receiving the exit request and even aligning w Cosmote on the transfer date, leaving us w/o internet connection on a work day. Some serious rethinking needs to be done. Revenge hardly ever worked when looking to manage, re-engage and retain dissatisfied customers. That is, if you care about them, at all.....quite a disappoitment really, was expecting more.

This fiasco of a company claims to provide internet when half the time my connection is down. Getting to their customer service is a nightmare, because they do nothing to fix any problem. I have contacted them 4 times already because their lines suck and still the issue has not been resolved. I hope all clients leave them as I will

Don't know about these bad reviews, our experience was nothing but great. As recommended, we bought the 100 GB traveller sim from a young fellow selling in a portable booth in Athens and he installed in both our phones and tested before we moved on. Spoke perfect English for us. 13 euro for 30 days was a great deal. Used in 5 Greek islands with no issues.

Have been trying to get the landline disconnected since early August when I left Greece. Every time given different advice, no response to complaints. Having followed their latest instructions on 25 Sept, they have just told me today 12 Oct it was rejected because I need to do something else. Such bad service.

I purchased a WiFi box. I paid total €100. I was promised 40-45 bps. However I only get only 1-2 bps ! I called to return the box and they responded they do not get the item back. This is day time rubbery !

Completely useless. No internet for two weeks and counting. No urgency to fix the problem. No updates. No solution in sight. Useless.

Although the customer services reps on their hotline are very polite and want to help, the company itself seems like it just wants to create trouble.

For transferring a private line to a company one, I had to go through 3 whole weeks of calls and emails, while 6 months afterward they "discovered" a charge I had to pay.

Unfortunately I can’t give this sorry excuse for a company 0 stars. This is the worst company in Greece. They charge you without your authorization while using their prepaid credit services in various ways using various tricks. They will increase the price of your home internet and phone contract without any notification. Outright thievery right in front of your eyes. Do not use their services by any means necessary or you will find yourself feeling constantly stressed and that you’ve been taken advantage of.

A sales person called our home line and said he had an offer for us but couldn’t explain in English and that his coworker would call and explain better. I replied we are not interested in any more offers and they didn’t need to call again, he then rudely replied that we can not decline something we have not heard - I politely said there is no need. Very rude and unprofessional behavior overall will change supplier. How difficult is it to take a “no thank you” and move on.

I was some years to Vodafone, living in a big city. I moved to a smaller city and then they had really bad coverage. I called them, and they accepted that they coverage in my region is not ok. They also told me that they would not charge for stopping the contract earlier than the expire date.

I stopped the contract, to find another company.
They charged me 120 euros.

Run away from them

The worst ever company in the world. They are there just ot destroy your nerves!!!

I will never introduse vodafone to anyone. Its the worst telecommunication company. I dont know why is still open. I have payed so much monay in 4digital numbers that i never have done. I want to many time to leave from vodafone and they keeping renew my accound without asking me if i want that. And i change telecommunication company and now they lawsuit me for a amound that i have already paid.

I bought a sim card in athens and it was suppose to work within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it did not work I had to go back 1 day later and they refuse to give my money back, they said they were from a different group and didnt know where their colleague was who sold it to me.
These people are liars and they do not accept accountability.
It took me hours of insisting and bringing the police to the place until they enabled my sim card.

Money keeps disappearing from my account. It happened once before but just happened again. When you top up, try not to leave any money in

Landline internet is available for 5 minutes, then disconnects about 20 minutes to half an hour. It is so unstable that this review was uploaded with 4g internet from the basic competitor here in Greece (west Greece - Agrinio area). Horrible internet and i am stuck with it due to contract issues. In Greece avoid Vodafone at any cost. Cancerous experience.

This is the worst internet provider I`ve ever come across and I`ve been using the internet since 1993. Vodafone Tv was not functioning properly and it took them 1 whole week to fix it, they just couldn`t be bothered once you sign your 2yr contract. This morning I reported another technical issue, meaning I had no internet connection. More than 12hrs have passed and no one has done anything about it...The worst customer care ever. Better pay a bit more for Cosmote.

First of all most of employees are racists. When it comes to pay they treat you perfectly, but if you have any complains they will fool you and lie to you. They never inform you about the right and correct procedure. Never again with vodafone. I hope if there is -1 star so I can rate with negative review.

0 stars would be more appropriate for this company.The wifi disconnects all the time i pay for 100mbps and the speeds are terrible and wifi closes a lot.Never sign to vodafone
