First and foremost we have signal in very few places of our home and they consistently disconnect our WiFi without informing us .Secondly yes its cheap but I would rather have signal without my phone lagging rather pay a little less. All in all this company doesn't worth its money you might as well switch to cosmote for a better experience

So many things go wrong with this company! First it is unacceptable that although I stay in the city centre of one of the biggest cities in Greece, they could never offer me internet connection higher than 24 mbps. Ironically, once they called me to ask for an upgrade of my contract and it was me who had to inform them that it was practically impossible because of their outdated network! Not to mention how slow my internet connection was! Barely 12 mbps!!!!! Coming to today! 3 weeks I've been without phone after upgrading to fiber optic. 3 weeks I kept calling them to make them find a solution! And guess what! They had the audacity to send the bill to prepay the month that isn't over yet! Calling customer service, the assistant was rude and the only thing she had to say was that this is the company's policy! I should have never trusted them to upgrade to fiber optic! I'll never trust them again! Their services, their behavior is rubbish!

Vodafone Greece has offered me the worst customer care experience. I ordered (on Vodafone Greece online page) and paid a prepaid SIM card for the internet on May 3rd (it's May 26th today) and I still haven't received it. I have been in their store (where I was supposed to receive the sim card) 3 times and the girl that works there kept saying it will come in a few days. And that they will call me. They never did. Today I wrote in their chat service to inquire about where it is and what is happening. I just got a short answer that it will arrive in one week. I told them what has happened so far and asked if someone will call me. I got an answer: "Yes, you will be called!" No apologies for anything, no explaining the details, no reassuring their customer (me). Then admittedly I got upset and annoyed and wrote them I am expecting it to be here in a week and that they actually call me, that I don't wanna keep wasting my time going to that store for nothing. To which I got a reply: "I have already answered you and I have nothing more to say".
Vodafone.gr is a miss.
I was not aware that Vodafone.gr can override EU regulations on contacts, as it seems they do.
Customer service was like bad luck, you should have known better to have read the contract which is not available when signing electronically at the store AS YOU NEED TO SIGN FIRST AND THEN THE CONTRACT IS ISSUED, SO HOW CAN ONE READ A CONTRACT IF ITS NOT PRESENTED TO THEM PRIOR TO SIGNING?

I had inquiries about installing home internet in my apartment in Greece, but unfortunately didn't receive any answers regarding the installation cost, available price plans, or appointment booking. Instead, I was advised to provide a Greek phone number for better assistance. However, as I do not reside in Greece and lack a Greek phone number, I provided my foreign number. The response I received mentioned that the chances of being contacted are slim due to the foreign number. I'm eager to find a solution to this matter. If I could I would rate Vodafone Greece 0/5

False advertising
They offered to renew my contract whe it was almost expiring. The signal was bad 50 mbps, so everytime I was on a call,working from home the signal was constantly interrupted. They said that they had improved the line and that for the same price I would receive 100 mbps. I sell IT products, so I performeed a simple speed test and it was everytime not even the 50mbps, let alone the promised 100 mbps...I got a machine call in order to evaluate their service, to which I gave a negative review. A few days later, I got an sms telling me that I could cancel within three months, which I did and switched to the largest provider in Greece. In the chat, they told me that they would transfer my number and that there was nothing else I should do. Two months later they sent me a bill for 120 Euros cancellation fees!!!! And threatening to go legal. I will not pay! # you Vodafone. Worst service ever!! Stay away from them!!!

Bad Internet Speed compared to price
I am a subscriber to their Giga Unlimited Data package but my data internet speed is rarely good. Not worth being charged 50 Euros/ month for this shame of a service. I am seriously thinking of canceling.

Avoid this provider at all costs
I ended the contract 2 weeks prior the official contract ending time. For those 2 weeks they are charging way more the amount that was supposed to be as penalty for ending the contract earlier and they refused to send the contract where it says the actual fee. They never contacted me about the last bill and instead had a lawyer contact me 5 months later trying to charge me also lawyer expenses that they put in the first place instead of even attempting to contact me first. I have filed an official complaint and will never be choosing their services for anything. They're completely robbing us, with horrible and rude service, which is the reason I ended the contract in the first place.
