i have never experienced customer service to this level ever, they are such a professional company to deal with from the moment you arrive, carl especially was so helpful as i had a slight issue with my BMW's folding roof he brought me a courtesy car fixed the issue and even delivered it back to me they put the big main dealers to shame, cant recommend them enough, well done.......

I'm putting this out there to any potential buyer. It's my prerogative to review companies so that I can help buyers make informed decisions based upon my experience.
I guess that I've hit a nerve because of the enormous response from this dealer because truth hurts.
They should just admit when they're wrong. Nice as pie until you criticise.

Your review is factually incorrect.
We received an email from yourself which was sent at 1.55AM, unfortunately all employees were sleeping at this time. We replied at 13.15PM, answering your question and have since sent you videos of our Abarth 595. We have screen shots to prove. It appears the time of this reply has not met your expectations, resulting in your one star Trustpilot review. Twenty four hours later you confirmed you had received the videos, however the car was more than you would like to pay at the moment. It appears our car was just one of many vehicles you have enquired on that you never intended to purchase.
Had we had your phone number we would have called you, however it appears some warriors prefer to sit behind keyboards.
Let me offer some perspective. We are a small company with just four employees. We offer flexible working hours in order to fit around family commitments i.e school runs, so our salesman arrives approx 9.30am. Your enquiry was replied to within four hours of him arriving on site with an offer of sending you a video of our vehicle.
Within this time you decided to add to your ever growing collection of one star reviews.
Would I have liked your enquiry responded to sooner? Certainly.
Have I previously asked previously my staff to answer all enquiries before 10am? Certainly.
Will this be brought up to improve our future service? Certainly.
Is a one star review deserved on due to it taking four hours to respond to an email? I believe those with any sense would say not.
As the owner of Vogue Auto Group, a small independent company and a person who takes huge pride in this company I was immediately disheartened and concerned that our standards had led to a one star review.
That was until I logged into the Trust Pilot and read your 66 other reviews, predominantly for other car dealers and realised how undeserved it is.
It appears that of these 67 Trust Pilot reviews you have still yet to find a suitable car? Since our review you have left another negative review again for a motor dealer. It also appears that several business's have refused to enter into business transactions with you and in some cases you have been banned from certain business premises.
Before any prospective customers consider the content of this review, I advise anyone to read all of Mr Townsends reviews in order to gain a little context (particularly the review of Magnum Ice creams). It appears Mr Townsend thrives on the dopamine hit from his review responses and relishes in the amount of views he receives.
I know many of the large company's have responded to your reviews asking for more information and how they can help improve your experience, for the avoidance of doubt, this will not be our stance. We have been lucky not to have wasted as much time on your enquiry as others.
Whilst we did reply to your email with the information you required, had we been fortunate enough to read your Trust Pilot profile in the first instance we would never had done so.
So like the many other business's who have refused your custom, please add us to that ever growing list.
Should you wish to discuss the matter further on the phone I am happy to do so, however from my perceptions I doubt you will accept this offer.
I am grateful for this review, I am sure I will still be discussing the review, and yourself, with many new Vogue customers who decided to ignore your review and visit us nonetheless.
Should my presumption of your character be incorrect and you do in fact run, or have ran a successful, highly rated, customer focused business, I will happily publicly retract my response and accept business advice from you in the future.

The car was in excellent condition throughout as advertised, drove really well and the guys were a pleasure to do business with.
