I bought a caddy from Vogue over a year ago now, and my experience with the sell had some issues, as my negative review would say on this page. BUT over a year later I have Danny contacting me still
To help assist me with my faults in my review, with being military and deploying constantly atm, this has been mega from Danny to still after a year or so later, messaging me telling me “he is still here to help with my caddy” after telling him
Numerous times it’s my next job to fix. If I was exchanging with Danny upon purchase this whole situation would of been a 100% successful sale and no issues would of arose. Can’t recommend him enough, top draw.

Would purchasing another caddy with Danny at the helm.

Having seen an advert on their website and Autotrader contacted Vogue enquiring about a car, and stating that we would like to come and view. Was told that the car wasn’t on site, but that I would be called back. To arrange a visit. After no call back, entered details into an email enquiry, where response was that I would receive a call back. Another 2 calls made after that - again told I would get a call back, and that my phone number had been noted. Now a week after first contact, and car has disappeared from their website and reappeared on Autotrader under a different seller, and higher price. Not impressed with service - clearly not interested in keeping potential customers informed. I would be somewhat sceptical about using this dealership despite other positive reviews, which I had previously found encouraging.

Following the prompt reply from Vogue (below) I have revised my rating to 3 stars. First impressions are very important in retail and, whilst all contacts were professional and friendly, the promised actions were not followed through. As I think I made clear, that was the basis of my original rating. I remain disappointed that no one bothered to take the time to contact me as a potential, and keen, customer.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Now the proud owner of a VXR, made the transaction a smooth one, honest and trustworthy seller! 5 out of 5 thanks Carl!

I placed my VW Caddy on gumtree and later that night I got contacted by Danny from Vouge Auto…

A nice and stress free exchange of messages to agree a price and also collection of my van was done within 48 hours of the first initial message, Perfect For a seller, Collection was agreed and free of cost for me, I need to add that I’m half the country away from Vouge.

The driver who inspected and collected my van was amazing, a great employee of Vouges a credit to them.

I would happily deal with Vouge if I were to cross paths again a 10/10 experience!

Bought a Mercedes ML250, seen it on autotrader, after speaking to the guys at Vouge I knew that they were honest and reliable.I flew over from Northern Ireland and Sam met my son and I at the airport with the car, it was perfect and a pleasure to drive the whole way home.

Great purchase of the Nissan XTrail from Vogue Auto Group. A very fair deal. Polite and friendly, and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial call to payment and key handover the service was excellent.
There was no pressure to buy and was made to feel welcome and relaxed.
For anyone looking for a new cat or can I would recommend to have a visit without any doubt.

I would like to take a second to thank vogue auto group for my newly purchased vw caddy van. Everything from viewing the van to taking it for a test drive and then buying the vehicle was spot on. The lads there have some special vans and cars. If your wanting a 5☆ vehicle check theses guys out. Cant complain about anything. Hats off to you all at vogue motors. Very happy with my experience of Vogue Auto Group. Danny contacted me via my advert, was very pleasant, and we were quick to agree a price that I felt was fair to both sides. He turned up promptly, took a look around the car and then we went for a quick spin. Once he was happy, he transferred me the money which then arrived in seconds.
