We made a payment of £1785. Due to covid our flight got cancelled. After pushing and pushing we asked for a refund, instead they gave us voucher codes which was considerably less then the amount we paid for. When it was time to use our vouchers, Tap Portugal confirmed that Ezee flights used our vouchers and only 50p remains on it. We were utterly shocked. We have been fighting ever since to get our money back and they have not been helpful. I called the company and I was informed that Cheryl and Damian left and I spoke to Rachel who said she will contact us and hasn’t done so! It’s been a few months since she said she will contact us.

This company is fradulent please do not use them. We have all the evidence to support this review, to show that our review is legit.

Don’t fall for them. That have CCJ against them . Please Beware .. they scam people .

I had a good experience with Rachael one of the agents at Vogue Travel House. She was extremely patient and helpful with all my demands. She responds well and communicate with me frequently until my flight was booked. I will surely be back soon. Thanks Rachael!!

Hello all,
I have never come across such a dubious travel agent. My friend refers me to Vogue Travel House stating she has a trustworthy agent called Paul so I should allow her refer me as a thank you to Paul. She later fines out Paul no longer work for the VTH however Sam is equally trusted agent so I should go ahead with them, I agreed.
I made a full payment of £2,180 February 2021 after which Sam promised to issues my ticket immediately but never happened.
I have not received any payment confirmation in writing or booking ID, all Sam did was verbal confirmation for full payment receipt and will email me but then again, he never did.
I have been the one calling this people every singly week, they will never call back or responds to my emails. I have been calling them for my ticket since February 2021 till today.
They kept on saying TAP AIR PORTUGAL are the cause of delay in the issuing of my ticket each time I call them. So, I took it upon myself to contact Tap Air P and I was advised by Tap officer Andrea who was very helpful that my details do not appear on their list of pending tickets, she then advice I contact VTH and ask for my PNR code and give them call back so that they can help me. When I call spoke with Steve who forged PNR code QH5B4N for me, I took it and called TAP back spoke with Larissa who told me the code is not genuine PNR CODE. I have spoken with Sam, Barry, Steve EVERY WEEK FOR THE PASS 4MONTHS NOW. I am traveling to a country which requires me to have Visa and the embassy has advice I need to apply for my Visa before the end of May due to Covid19 they not open to face-to face application which I contact VTH for the ticket but they still refused.
Furthermore, I ask them for ATOL they said they don’t have, give me my money back they refused, Today I called and spoke with Steve who bunged the phone on me three conservative times.
This people have refused to give me my ticket as at now neither are they willing to give me my money back ASAP. This thing is affecting my long-time relationship with my friend and if this people do not issue my ticket for me by next week WEDNESDAY, then they will know it is not every body they can scam. They cannot destroy my plans of travel. I have already contacted CAB, Consumer Direct.

best company for flight tickets booking and any packages to anywhere in the world. the prices for all inclusive really amazed me and finally it was a lovely trip at all. really best services thanks for cheap flights.

This vogue travel house is scam and be very careful using this agent. They refused to refund my money although the flight has refunded full amount of my ticket over 3500 and declined to take my calls, I will not use them if I were you.

AFTER BOOKING 2 SETS OF TICKETS I BELIEVED I WOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE A QUICK FLIGHT BACK TO THE UK AFTER BEING STUCK ABROAD DUE TO THE LOCKDOWN LITTLE DID I KNOW I HAD PURCHASED TICKETS FROM THESE SICK PEOPLE THEY HAVE LEFT ME WAITING FOR ME MONEY FOR 1 MONTH LESS THAN A YEAR!! AFTER CONTACTING EVERYDAY I WAS TOLD THE REFUND SHOULD TRANSFER INTO MY ACCOUNT IN 10 DAYS EVERY TEN DAYS THERE WAS A NEW PROBLEM WITH THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS I HAVE NOT BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THEM SINCE NOVEMBER SINCE I WAS LAST TOLD BY CON ARTISTS SAM AND DARRY MY REFUND WOULD BE PROCESSED AND NOT BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO BUT BECAUSE MY NUMBERS AND IP ADDRESS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY THE COMPANY EMAILS HAVE BEEN LEFT UNREAD AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND THE SAME FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS HAVE OTHER WEBSITES TRAVEL JOCKEY FROM WHICH I PURCHASED MY TICKETS AND THEY ALSO HAVE VOGUE TRAVEL HOUSE AND EZEE FLIGHTS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THESE WEBSITES EVEN IN DESPERATE CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME PEOPLE AND JOIN ME IN REPORTING THESE COMPANIES TO ACTION FRAUD UK AND THE POLICE SO WE CAN RECEIVE OUR MONEY BACK AND TAKE DOWN THESE WEBSITES WITH GREATER AWARENESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they are fraudulent scammers. Who take your money and ignore your phones calls and emails. Take extra money during bookings and steal vouchers given by airlines.

This company has several different names avoid Ezee flights and Travel Jockey.
Also every positive review is a LIE! Please save yourself from booking with these frauds.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! They dont even deserve 1 star rating!

My return flight from Ghana was cancelled due to covid back in March 2020.
I am still waiting for refund 11 months later!!

Hundreds of phone calls to Darry and John and countless emails , always promising me I would get refund.
I was told by John, the dodgy Manager of Vogue Travel that finally BA had refunded my money 2 weeks ago, would I please wait for the refund to be released to me by their Accounts dept.
I waited 2 weeks.
I called today to find yet another of their telephone numbers has become disconnected.
This happened a couple of months ago also.!

I dont understand why a company like BA would use them.

Do yourself a favour and save yourself from endless headaches and phone bills.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They are not ABTA listed so where do I go to officially complain.?

I purchased flight tickets for my wife and I through Vogue Travel House / Travel Jockey (their agent 'Rachael' had email addresses from both companies) in February 2020, for flights to South Africa with Lufthansa in December 2020. However, due to changes imposed by the airline to our return flights, where the altered flights were unworkable for us, we had the option to cancel and get a full refund. We cancelled our flights in September 2020 and when I contacted Vogue Travel House / Travel Jockey about this, I was initially told that a refund would take between 4 to 6 months to be paid. I challenged this period of time and was later told the wait for a refund would now be about 8 to 12 weeks.

I understand Lufthansa may have issued new e-tickets when they rearranged our flights on a previous occasion, which possibly led to some initial confusion, but my booking reference stayed the same throughout, so I can't see how such confusion should delay my refund. I also wonder if the confusion was caused from the Vogue Travel House or Travel Jockey booking. Which company actually made my booking with Lufthansa?

In October 2020, I contacted Lufthansa, because I received refunds into my bank account for the in-flight seats I had reserved with them directly. While I was on the phone, the Lufthansa agent also told me that my travel agent had also received the refund in full for my flight tickets at the same time and confirmed that a Visa Credit Card ending 5454 with an expiry date of 07/23 had been refunded on 21st October 2020.

In addition to the previous delay periods for refunds, as stated above, I was told by your agents (Rachael and Sam) to wait until December 29th 2020, then January 10th 2021. I have been in regular email communication with your agents since October 2020 to try and resolve this issue, but recently, they have not replied to my emails, so I have no idea if my refund request is being dealt with.

I have spent far too much of my own time communicating with Vogue Travel House / Travel Jockey and Lufthansa to resolve my refund request (over 50 emails and numerous phone calls). This is the responsibility of my travel agent to resolve and I feel my experience of Vogue Travel House / Travel Jockey to date is nothing short of disgraceful customer service.

Incidentally, the email address Vogue Travel House provided in response to other people's reviews for customer service is non existent, as it bounces straight back! APPALLING SERVICE!

I have also emailed Travel Jockey complaints line at the address given on their website in a bid to get some help through this avenue, but I don't expect any service from this either.

When I need to get a flight ticket, vogue has always got the job done, providing unbeatable rates to any destination from the UK.

I have been booking with Vogue travel house for as long as I can remember. My entire family books with them. All staff members are extremely polite and ready to help. Thank you Rachael for sorts out our travel every year.

Vogue house desrves no star from me, they are fraudsters, since march 22nd 2020my flight has been cancelled, this company used another email different from mine to claim my voucher via British airways and darry had the gut to tell me British airways only refunded £125 out of£1,156 if you guys think you are talking to a fool you all are joking, heartless people with no human feelings. Bunch of liars with incompetent staffs. Don't know how you and fly now pay later wanna do it, i need my money back i am not travelling anymore scammers.

I am highly disappointed with John and Sean who are the key movers of Vogue Travel House. I am a Travel Agent like them. I booked ticket for my two passengers through them but due to COVID-19 outbreak around the globe which distrusted flight, refund from Lufthansa Airline was paid to them. Since the refund has been paid to this company by airline, they have refused to make refund and also they are elusive. Several request has been made to them with no positive action.
At this point the public should please exercise caution in dealing with this company and its individual.

FRADULENT, SCAMMERS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Prior to all the Covid nonsense I booked a trip, which cost a hefty amount of money. Due to Covid this was not able to take place. After constant back and fourth with this ‘company’ the agreement was a refund will be given. This NEVER happened. After contacting the actual airline they processed a refund to this company and ensured I would get my money back. This ‘company’ however refused to refund my money back to me and tried to claim they did not receive any refund. I then did a 3-way call with this ‘company’ and the airline where the airline confirmed they processed the refund however they still refused me the refund.
The end result is absolute unprofessional behaviour and communication from this ‘company’.

In conclusion DO NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

And I assure you I will receive my refund. Fraud and incompetence DOES NOT run with me.

Best deal with air india. I really recommend them.

They are easy and superb. Very reasonable price for my tickets. Will recommend to my family.
