I used this agent to book a flight. they gave me a great price compared to the flight search engines like skyscanner. Great help from Mark he immediately find the best flight with best price and gone through the reservation and name checking with me over the phone and by emails. Mark even called me next day to confirm the booking and ticket with me. I am so happy to find Vogue travel. I definitely will use them again.

As a family (as well as individually) we like to travel a lot and take vacations around the world and Europe. Initially, this has been quite expensive, but booking flights with VogueTravelHouse have facilitated making such a 'travel lust' possible in a great way. Year on year we rely on this great portal to find the most cost effective connections and fares of getting to our destinations and sometimes prompting us to go places we hadn't even planned!

It was a bit scare at the beginning as many site online are now fake. I was able to reach Vougue Travel House via many other websites however, the service and a fully support from Mark was just brilliant and unexpected. I will recommend to all my friends and relatives, very appreciate then!!!!!!!

Mark was really Helpful,honest. spent enough time explaining every detail. the only thing I think they need is to simplify the payment process and a link to the customers to enter their details rather than mailing them

I am very disappointed with their service, they kind off deceive you with their lucrative ticket prices and when you call them to book it, their prices would be at the peak and then they will give you the mug up statements like the rates on the websites are not real time and get updated every two hours or so and I bet even if you check the prices after 3 hours it's still gonna be the same, and would you believe I called them within the difference of 1 hour and ticket prices got more than doubled. Initially they gave me a price of 1020 pounds for me and daughter tickets and when I called them again they said the tickets would be for 1845 pounds...I mean how can you do this to someone...there are so much of emotions attached to this thing that you want to travel back to your home country and ofcourse money is a very big factor and then in a situation like that you guys doing this is not fair at all...Thanks anywez but I hope my comment here would help someone else coming to you.

To make things short, after three hours talking with Rachael Somerhalder, who was extremely helpful and was telling me exactly what was going on via Live Chat, I got my tickets booked for an incredible price! I am not one to hide things, so I'll share the details. I booked flights through Rachael for £400 less than every other travel website. I have no idea how she made it happen as I had navigated through every travel website and could not find such a deal, but she did! I'm extremely grateful and couldn't be happier. Trust Racheal, she knows what she's doing!

My first contact was with Chris Miller on the Saturday. He was very helpful and friendly and put the sale through, but was off work untill the Tuesday.Therefore I then started to deal with Mark Lambert who was also very friendly, helpful and patient. He took my problem onboard and dealt with it in an efficient and promp manner. I would go as far as to say that he went the extra mile.
The only complaint that I had was the lack of communication after buying my ticket. I do understand that this was due to me buying the ticket on a Saturday, but it did cause me great concern.
Would I recommend Vogue Travel House? YES!!
