Brian was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained what was being fixed, replaced several parts on the spot, and stuck to the agreed fixed price. We also really appreciated the call before arrival and that everything ran exactly on time. Just an all-around positive, friendly, and professional experience.

I have been a customer of Vokera, now Viridus Energy, for over a decade. The staff, from Margaret, who takes the boiler service appointment, to Niall, the service technician, are superb to deal with. Immensely courteous at all times.

Niall, the technician, is always punctual, extremely efficient in servicing the gas boiler, with an amazing attention to detail.

I would strongly recommend Viridus Energy.

We were experiencing a major reliability issue with our Volkera gas boiler, and the engineer that called kept going until the problem was finally diagnosed and remedied. A week later, the boiler is now working better than has done for years. We would highly recommend our engineer, with his craftsman's skills and knowledge of the appliance. He also always arrived on time and was very charming and respectful when working in our home - absolutely 1st class.

You're engineer called to us today Brian was his name, a gentlemen to say the least, what ever your paying him it's not enough!

Annual service carried out by Brian from Vokera Ireland. As usual he was very professional and prompt. Assured me the boiler was in good working order and he offered great advice on how to get the best from the boiler going forward. I would highly recommend this service A++
