Excellent customer service from Margaret in the sales office and Niall the gas boiler engineer.

I really felt I had an expert at work doing the service who advised me for optimal heat setting for my home. A very pleasant and chatty service man. Before he arrived I found the company were great at responding promptly to my calls. Very happy overall.

Brian serviced my boiler today and it was a joy to watch him work! He takes such great pride in his work and this is very rare nowadays. He double checks everything and his work is to the highest possible standard. I could not thank him enough. I wish we had more like him. Thank you so much Brian!

Excellent service provided by Gary. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gary was also happy to pass on some recommendations that were beyond the work being conducted and I felt safer about the gas boiler after Gary's input.

We have been getting Vokera in to service our boiler for the last few years.
Every year the guys in the office let arrange a time and day, and then give us a reminder a few days before to check if someone will be at home.
Brian is the usual person who comes, and he is very punctual, and very very good at what he does.
He has also been out for a fault, and had it diagnosed and fixed in a few minutes, even having the part in his van.
Brian is also a total gentleman, and lovely to have a chat with! :)

This company is a joy to do business with. The ladies in the office are very friendly and efficient. And the men who service the boiler are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them.

The serviceman, Brian Tyndall was very professional, inspired confidence and gave very practical and helpful advice and options with respect to my boiler which was 15 years old.

Prompt response to my initial enquiry. A mutually suitable time was agreed. The Service Engineer was prompt. He was polite and worked without any trouble. The fault was found and the part replaced. Great value and great service. I would recommend.

I had my gas boiler repaired by Brian last week. Fantastic service and a true gentleman. Couldn’t rate his professionalism any higher. A true asset to Vokera and all parts covered under the repair set price was the icing on the cake. I won’t let anyone else service my gas boiler ever again!

Fast efficient service. Got an appointment much quicker than expected. Email and phone support both good and responsive.

As always first contact with head office was friendly and helpful.
Appointment made to suit us, engineer rang when on route and again friendly knowledgeable and professional, took time to explain things which was a bonus

I was referred to Vokera by my gas installer that couldn't fix my boiler, From the initial call from Margaret to the engineer Niall that fixed my issue in no time, both were friendly and professional. I'll be recommending the company to everybody.
