Great product and speedy delivery - oils world class, ordering some more now

Having shopped around for the perfect diffuser, I finally settled on a Volant. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! Amazing service, received it the next day. The quality of the product far surpassed my expectations and the scent, wow!

After placing my order, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of that order, due to lack of communication from the shipping company; however, Amanda from Volant stepped in and took care of me by resending the order and making sure that I got it the second time. Great customer service and support!

Super oils- l smelled them at a friend. I can’t wait to receive mine. We will be trying them out In our spa.

The shopping experience was great. Order taken quickly and arrived next day the diffuser is of a lovely quality, really beautiful to look at and effective too. Excellent all round

We loved the first one so much we bought three more. Build quality ois good, simple to operate and they do what they are supposed to. Decent length on the power cable.

The relax essential oil really aids my sleep. I’ve suffered intense insomnia over the years, yet the diets night I used relax I was out like a light and slept solidly all night long. And it’s such a lovely fragrance to envelop you into deep bliss too.

Have bought a few of this type of room diffuser recently but I can honestly say this is the best by some considerable way. The oils I bought with it are of really high quality and make my living area smell great. Can't recommend this highly enough. The delivery was also quick which was great

I’m not sure if this company is all that great. Certainly, they will give your money back for a diffuser and unopened scents but they won’t try to meet you within logical approach to a discount fulfilment.
I have received 15% discount code to use on their website and rather than reducing the items that I was about to return ( I was going to keep those if 15% was honoured) they rather insisted for me to return those and repurchase again with a discount code. Silly! Kind of off putting…and a waist of everyone’s time?!
Once I have received a refund; the item I wanted to keep for reduced amount by 15% - went up in price!!!
And yet, their website seems so transparent and genuine as customer satisfaction orientated. Not really!
I gave two stars for quick refund process but overall experience with their customer service is quite disappointing as product itself does warrant the price it carries. We all like great customer service; for that one will pay the price:)

I have clearly asked you for a discount that was sent to me to be applied to my order where I would have kept entire order- you have politely stated ’no’ giving a reason of items being already discounted. We did not get to a stage where you have asked for a code to be given. Indeed, one should learn to improve based on the feedback but this is just basic customer service and support or adhering to ‘your’ ethos/word.
In case of any misunderstanding, please do get in touch with me if you wish to rectify this and able to honour initial ask. If so, this review will be reflective of your customer service.

Fast shipping. Really impressed by the diffuser. I have always used oil burners but I am completely converted. I love the smell, the sound and the aesthetics. Really pleased with my purchase.

Delivery was fast and my defused was of exceptional quality . Really pleased with this product. I even brought another one as a Xmas gift.
