Blown away with the beautiful quality of the diffuser. I have had cheaper ones in the past that have been good enough but Volant just take it to another level. Beautiful packaging, which is not that important but is lovely, and the diffuser itself is wonderfully made and very pretty. Thank you so much guys, I love it.

The oil smells insane

Paid an extra £6 to £7 for next day delivery and it didn't come for another 5 days. I ordered it for a present so obviously disappointed. I have emailed Volant to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation but 1 week down the road and I still haven't had a reply to my email.

Had the Volant diffuser for over a week so far and it gets used day and night,house smells amazing and the product looks great. Tempted to buy another

I wasn't quite sure at first but when I received the diffuser and the oils, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality. It is natural clay, well made and chic. I use it every day and all day. Beautiful.
