Nice looking diffuser
Delivery took longer than expected. Nice looking product which feels good quality. Was hoping for a longer lasting smell but I have placed in hallway so maybe needs to be in a smaller room. Has 8 hour or 4 hour setting. Overall good value product.

I place an order on the 8th September, wrong post code was used in error and the order was returned to Volant. I have sent 8 emails and only had one half hearted response with no resolve even though I have provided the tracking detials which clearly show it has been returned to sender. You are unable to speak to anybody as no telpehon no provided. I have requested for the order to be resent to me or my money credited back to my card but NEITHER has happened and no replies to emails - worst customer service I have ever experianced and still no resolve - so save your money and spend it with a company that will help you if things do not go to plan
Update --- Stil waiting for either the goods to be redlievered or my money back as requested it has been 3 weeks and all i get when customer service does reply is they are investigating but i have provided the royal mail tracking where it stated the good were returned to sender. I am still out of pocket for goods I have paid for but not received. I have asked twice now for my money to be refunded to me but this is ignored. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There are two reasons why we have not been able to refund or reship your order: The order was placed with the incorrect postcode, and the order was marked as delivered with picture proof. Before we are able to take action here we do need to look into this from our end, and we are currently speaking with Royal Mail to locate the whereabouts of your parcel. I understand that waiting is frustrating and that you would like to solve the issue as quickly as possible, but we have processes that we need to go through before doing this. Please know that we are working as quickly as we can to get this sorted for you!
