My experience was horrible. The event was suppose to start at 20:00. It started at 21:30 and it was already 22:00 when the artist showed up that we bought the ticket for. We had to take public transport to another city hence we left the concert to catch metro and train. We missed have the concert.

rubbish bunch of low educated men and women gathered to each other, could not do anything else are running this platform
have no value. asking for cash, rubbish poor quality actors , have zero sense of customer care
if you wish to see how it's in 1 3rd world country or how it was in Dark Ages you can use them it gives you a trip in the past

We were delayed for a long time to enter because they forced us to pay extra money in cash for not paying taxes and they did not allow us to enter without money even though I had an entry ticket. In the end, they threatened us with rude behavior in exchange for criticism, and they officially had a fraud environment and rude behavior.

Very disrespectful, and disorganized people who get your money and tell lies. I saw them shouting at people for money.

Stay away. Asks you to transfer extra money to a bank account inside. They were attacking us.

Worse experience ever , our seats was given to camera man to camp. Unable to seat in our seat and was told to go find a seat for yourself, I have made multiply complain with no response. City hall manager suggested that we should have our money back but organiser refused to give our money back. The response from organiser was poor and disgusting . Will never buy a thicket from this company.
Artist however was wonderfull.

We bought some tickets for Iranian movie, just one night before received an email that the venue is cancelled. So disappointed as we organised everything for the night. By this time they have not informed us of new schedule time and no information on refund.

Awful venue for Persian concert. Dominion centre, dirty and they don’t let you dance. You have to seat as you are at lecture in university.
Never book a future event at that venue.

As I have already mentioned in my email, the same seats were sold at different prices, which is unfair and unsatisfactory. The organizers should provide an explanation for this discrepancy.

I wait a Long time to See Mr. Dawood Sarkhosh and it was a very good experience and a nice surprise in my life. We are proud of our star and pray for him .🩵🙏🏼

Looks like the website do not designed for mobile users. menus, pages, and popups are overlaps and we couldn't click on right spot, we couldn't choose the desired seats we have tried more than 10 times over 45 minutes to be able click on right seat when zoom in and out.
