We arrived around 9:30 pm and were informed that as we were late there was no bread left for starters, which seemed unusual considering the pre-arranged number of guests. Also, we were not the only guests who were starting to have the food at that time.
We ordered two cokes and a glass of white wine. Initially, there was a mix-up with the charges, but it was resolved when we pointed out the advertised free soft drink.

The white wine portion was notably small, more like 1/5 of a glass. The mains and starters arrived together, but both were cold, and the rice was undercooked. The grilled tomatoes promised with the main were replaced by half a small tomato each. Additionally, the dessert (ice cream or baklava) we expected never arrived.

To add to the experience, my vodka with Red Bull tasted like it had no vodka.

We was there last night for New year party this is a horible party very bad organisation and place I have ever had in my life never recommended any party from this website .

Ticket price is much more than written in the website. You’ll end up paying more if you’re using paypal!

I wish I could give them 0 Star, I attended Shahram Shabpareh's concert last night and the whole experience was absolutely ridiculous, extremely unorganised event, was nothing but a chaos. People were standing on either side of the stall next to the chairs and in the available spaces in between chairs in the middle, Volek event organisers lacked organisational and management skills it was the worst experience ever. £100 ticket was gone to waste. People were eating sandwich inside the venue and the smell was unpleasant. The toilets were dirty, no toilet paper and loooooong queues. There was no AC and it was so hot inside. They have no idea of event management whatsoever it was a real catastrophe. Will never attend any event organised by Volek and definitely not recommended. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Few days after I bought the tickets try to cancel them because I wouldn't able to attend but they refused to refund

Everything is good, but it is better to have the option to cancel and change the seat

We bought tickets for a concert three months in advance. One week before the concert, they emailed us that children under six needed a hearing cover. They emailed three days before the show that children under six can't enter the venue because of local regulations! And they don't respond to any message!

Happy to participate an Iranian event with my lovely wife and friend thank u for organising it

The website was not user-friendly. It was not working properly on iPhone 12 ios 16.5.1

Besides that, I have no idea why there was an extra fee for booking the tickets and a payment transfer fee!!!

This is a scam website
We bought a ticket in December and they said that concert is canceled so please let us know if you want to go to other concert in May or you want a refund and I did request a refund and since now I still have not received my refund and they blocked all my numbers

Ordered overpriced tickets for concert+ food which was fine, then realised have to pay £30 additional fof "service" fee, and using PayPal costs even more...

skip to the night before event, at 21.30 (less than 18 hours before event) I get email venue has changed to another (much lower quality) venue. Asked for refund and they said tickets are non refundable, and processed to not reply..... worst customer service of my life AVOID!

Me and my family had a great time on the day. Everything was perfectly planned. The only thing which was a little bit uncomfortable was the chairs that weren’t stable enough and the room was a bit cold.
Mentioned them just for improvement. However, I would give the event a 5 star as I enjoyed every moment of it.
