I order an eScooter from their website and the delivery and everything was fast, but it had a defect. I emailed them and told them about that and then they provided me with instructions on what to fix (screw things out and repair things in the inner part). However with a new scooter I would not expect that and I decided to send the scooter back. I sent it back on the 17th of July, since then i never received any email answer from them on my mails. I called them daily since 2 weeks now, nobody is picking up the phone.

Please be aware that this is a scam, especially if you have problems with the delivered items.

I ordered Super 73 ZG bike for my child approx. 2 month ago. While the order was still being shipped I realised that the bike does not have a throttle. I contacted the company to ask about it and, indeed, the bike is not equipped with a throttle. The person in customer service informed me that the bike has already been shipped so If I do not want to buy it, I could simply refuse the delivery and the bike will be sent back. This was ok with me. Few days later I was contacted again and they informed me that actually I will have to pay for the return of the bike even If I refuse the delivery (about 180e) but that they have Great News for me - in some 3-4 weeks they will have a throttle (cost 50e) that they can send me and that it is very easy to install on the bike. Already at this point I was a bit suspicious but decided to agree. I paid extra 50e and waited.
20.7.2023 I sent an e-mail inquiring about the throttle, when will it be shipped to me etc.
Today 4.8.2023 I received an e-mail from the same people offering me the throttle in the first place, informning me that "Unfortunately, we do not work with or promote throttle-controlled bicycles at this time. We prefer not to encourage the use of throttle systems on bicycles. If you manage to find assistance elsewhere, we still wish you the best of luck!"
So basically what they did was to lure me into keeping the bike with a promise of a throttle. And it looks like they knew from the beginning when they offered me the throttle that this deal is not going to happen! And they did not even mention any kind of refund for the 50e payment I made.
Such a scam, no serious company would treat their customers this way!

I’m disappointed because I haven’t get my product yet. I have no idea where is my product I ordered. It’s been over three weeks since I made my order. Please can you get some information for me what is wrong?

I bought a Hoverboard for my 11 yr old for Christmas 2022. One wheel stopped working after only a few weeks. I contacted Voltes who said I would have to pay the postage to send it to them to fix it. I followed their instructions and sent it by post but it was returned saying it could not be accepted for aviation post. Voltes informed me they would send a replacement wheel so we could fix it ourselves and they would reimburse the postage(which they never did). We received the wheel but they sent the incorrect connection. After some more emails they sent the correct connection. This did not work. They said it was the motherboard and sent this to us. The wheel is now working but this wheel moves much quicker than the original wheel which means you can not control it. It is now dangerous to use. All this took over 5 months to get to this point. I have emailed asking for a replacement and now they have stopped answering my emails. I have tried ringing several times a day for the last week and can not get an answer. This is the worst after purchase service I have ever received. Do not buy from these guys.

Very friendly and helpful staff -- from start to finish!

I haven't met such a friendly and knowledgeable staff in a very long time! I dealt with three different people and each of them were extremely helpful with all my questions and really took their time showing me around and letting me try out some of their products. My e-bike and its accessories were delivered quickly and when I needed some adjustments the friendly staff were right there to help me out. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Misleading information on the website - didn't include info that i need to spend double to buy something else just so the platform would fit.

If you're from the Netherlands I'm sure their service is wonderful, however, my gripes are with shipping to other countries. Maybe the problem was with PostNL or the Finnish Posti but either way, it took almost 2 months for me to get what I ordered. Again, I have no idea where the problem lies and I doubt it's entirely Voltes' fault but be aware of it. The product itself was in great condition upon arrival.

Avoid! Absolutely dreadful customer service!

I bought a Tenways CGO 600 pro and although the estimated delivery was 7 working days it was delivered in 3 days. Communication from the company was excellent. The bike arrived impeccable.
