Mostly good suprises were complemterary eqippment was included but not advertised on website.

I am dissapointed in the obliviousnes were they don't add required stickers for hazards. For example symbol for Lithium batteries. My inner box had it, but not the outer box. That means that the delivery had no idea about the battieres and could potensially mean hazards for the deliveries.

Worst customer service ever! We received a wrong bicycle and the customer service have never resolved the problem.

Shipping to germany 1-2 days. Its 2 weeks left and no information about the product.

I live in Denmark and received a bike from Voltes almost 2 months ago. The batterie was defective from the beginning. Voltes hos not giving me the option to return the bike, even though I have asked for it several time.
Voltes suggested solution was to send a new battery, which I still have not yet received after several more weeks.
After two months I still have NO SOLUTION from Voltes, but I have used 1500 EURO on the bike (all of my son's savings).
Furthermore, I tried to call the company several times, but they never pick up the phone and the support chat on their website it says every time it is very busy..
I have used several hours on this, lost a lot of money and would not recommend Voltes to anybody.
The end result is that I now have to use more time to get The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets | ACM.nl to help drive the case forward and make a legal claim against Voltes.

Super cool but

The site is good and product was shipped fast. PostNL is the parcel courier and it seems that estimated time of delivery is way too optimistic and tracking is very vague compared to other shipping companies. I wish there was an option to use another company for delivery.

Brought my OneWheel XR here for a simple repair in April. 4 months later it is still not repaired, even though I tried calling and emailing them over 20 times.

Fast and easy. Good shop with great products. Ordered electric scooter on morning of 30th August 2023 and scooter got sent on that day. Thanks. Nice shop, respect to workers.

Wide selection, good prices and very fast delivery to the garage of my choice

Not happy. My earlier review was posted before I received the product. They ask me to do that so I receive a free carry bag. However, the hoverboard does not operate correctly. I contacted them several times and I tried the recommendations they made but it made no difference. So I asked for a refund under warranty because my purchase was less than 30 days ago. But instead of accepting my request, they asked ME to open the hoverboard and try to fix any bad electrical connections myself!! This is not acceptable and it should not happen.

No problems!. Well packed and fast delevered

I ordered my scooter online in the Netherlands and it was delivered 48h later in Belgium. Properly packed and in perfect condition. Nothing much to say. Invoice emailed with a link to track and trace my delivery which worked fine unlike the DHL app. The helmet I had ordered was included in the packaging and everything went perfectly fine. Good job and thumbs up for the guys at Voltes. Thank you !
