In de werkplaats voeren onze E-Doctors dagelijks onderhoud en reparaties uit. Het is belangrijk om regelmatig onderhoud te plegen zodat je vervoersmiddel in optimale conditie blijft. Wanneer deze onverhoopt toch stuk gaat zorgen onze E-Doctors dat je weer snel de weg op kan. Als je zelf de handen uit de mouwen wilt steken is het ook mogelijk om onderdelen te bestellen en deze zelf te monteren.

Scooter

Hello, I ordered my product on May 17, today is June 4 and my product just doesn’t move, support says they’ve been checking the situation for a week now! I don’t know what to say to my son who was supposed to receive this for his birthday 4 days ago, I’ll write my review here for now

Unreliable

Ordered an e-scooter as a present to my son. After ordering the item, it turns out that it is out of stock and will be delivered after my son's birthday. Even though I made a purchase nearly a month before. They claimed that the information was on the website however, if I would see that the scooter is out of stock, I would never bought it in first place.
After all waiting, the scooter came. Damaged and not working. Straight away I send the request to return the faulty good, however... it's been nearly 2 months now and I haven't received the refund... impossible to contact them on the phone.. they abviously blocked me on the messenger as I'm unable to send them message anymore, even though I could at the beginning. Email is the only way how to reach through.. however, email might not be responded to too.
I ordered from this company before and I didn't have any issues, however, now I can see that this is not reliable company to order from, as they are not willing to take responsibility if something goes wrong.

Great customer service

Great customer service via the online chat. Got updates on when my item was due back in stock. Recommended by a friend and with the deal of a free seat with the hooverboard it’s great value. Looking forward to my delivery now.

Buy here if you want to waste your money

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this bike shop. My bike broke down after just six months of use, even though it is under a two-year warranty. Despite numerous attempts to get it fixed, the shop has stopped responding to my inquiries. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to honor the warranty is unacceptable. I do not recommend this shop to anyone

Try ringing customer service before you buy, see if you get a response

Stay away !!!

Stay away !!!

Bought a E-Cargo Bike and payed directly with paypal on April 26th. On the Voltes website this bike was displayed as "IN STOCK"

Today, May 22th, i neither got the bike, my money back or an answer from Voltes.

I had a horrible experience with this…

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered and paid for an electric bike, which I really need to go to work, but then they reached out saying that that bike was not actually on stock and it will never be again (to this day, 3 months later, that bike is still on their website and you can still buy it). I then proceeded to pay more to get a different bike which was supposed to be delivered to me on the week of the 3rd of April. That bike was never delivered and I had to change again the model, because the one I bought was suddenly not going to be available until July. This 3rd model was supposedly going to be delivered to me on the 6th of May. Now, one week later, I told them to please cancel the order and give me my money back. They have suddenly stopped replying to my emails or picking up the phone. I will of course take legal actions in this matter, because I spent a lot of money and this has only been a waste of time.

Great Job by Lars and Timo at Voltes ! First-time customer and impressed by the great service !! I ordered a new fatbike for delivery to Spain and was worried about buying such an expensive item on-line from a company 1800 km away - but bike was delivered as ordered and perfectly packaged ! Delivery took longer than expected (supply to Voltes from manufacturer was delayed) but the guys at Voltes kept me fully-informed, responded to all my enquiries and were a pleasure to deal .... so no complaints at all. They also carefully planned delivery so I could collect the bike from the courier (rather than home delivery which was difficult for me). The bike is not available in Spain direct from the manufacturer, so Voltes were the ideal solution for me - highly recommended !! Keep up the good work, guys ! The bike is fantastic too !!

Beware, products not received and no refund.

We have now waited almost six weeks for a product which the seller claimed was in stock. Two weeks ago when I asked about the status, Voltes sent a tracking code for a shipment that in reality has not been delivered to PostNL (!).

Last week I cancelled the order, but Voltes still has not cancelled my Klarna invoice, which is now overdue.

The seller still claims that the product is in stock, but this is probably not true, since they are unable to deliver it.

Not first time buying

Worst experience shopping online ever.

Very recently I’ve had the worst experience buying a product online.

I have a Super73 S2 (e-bike), whose battery charger short circuited. I bought a Super73 S2 charger from voltes to combat this.

I received a battery charger, but not the one I ordered. I received a charger for a Super73 ZG, which is not compatible with my bike. Fair enough, mistakes happen.

I e-mailed voltes about the mishap, in hopes of getting the charger I ordered shipped to me asap, as I couldn’t ride my bike until then. I bombarded voltes with e-mails and phone calls with no response for the next two weeks. I finally broke radio silence, when I contacted them through multiple social media apps.

The response I got, was that voltes is sold out of the Super73 S2 charger I ordered. In addition to this, they would try to make a return label, so I could send back the product that I haven’t even ordered. Until they’ve done that, I cannot get my money back.

In conclusion: I wasted two weeks of my time punching air and ended up with the role of a post man, with a no-use bike and no charger.

Easy to manuever your website

Easy to manuever your website. One thing though, it is good that you make sure the buyer is able to see all costs before purchase. No need to later ask for assembly fee. Put everything there so one can see the full price at start.

It's been 5 months since I sent them my…

It's been 5 months since I sent them my summerboard to repair, and 4 months ago they stopped answering my emails. Technically they have stolen almost €2000 from me. The laughs are going to be when I go to visit them from Spain. I really want to meet you in person.
