It’s very bad company.

It’s very bad company.

I buy electric step from them work 2 days and after this don’t work anymore.

The contact person is not working you speak with your self.

For me I’m going to start a case with them because I have granite and I have my prove.

The product in alliexpress better then her

DO NOT BUY FROM VOLTES

This company is a joke! I purchased a hoverboard from Santa in November for my little girl. Clearly she did'nt open it until Christmas morning and it was a death trap. It would not go forward or reverse but quickly pull to the left and that was when i sat in it. I contacted Voltes who took ages to reply, I must have sent at least 20 emails, they wanted photos, videos , they wanted me to take the hoverboard apart and told me they would not refund or replace the gift from Santa ..... my poor child is at the end of this!! you are a heartless, cruel company. Now I know why they dragged out the emails for over a month... So Paypal would say my dispute was too late and out of time!

Do not give this company money

Do not give this company money. They advertise free delivery but will start emailing you asking if you want the bike assembled for a "small fee". Also that the shipping was far more than expected due to the battery.
A bike worth 999 ended up being an extra 500 euro for all these extra charges. They claim to be throwing in an extra 350 euros worth of brake upgrades and "are making a loss on the sale".
I didn't agree and requested a refund. At that point there was absolutely no response from Voltes. They clearly blocked me despite not being rude in any way, shape or form.
Got my money back with a paypal dispute.
If you paid by card, go directly to your bank and file a chargeback so they get fined for this criminal behavior.

Segway ZT3 Pro EU order

I did a big mistake. I ordered with this company WITHOUT googling it before. I paid already by credit card and now it is impossible to get my money back. They just dont answer email, chat or phone. If I would just have spend 2 minutes before I placed the order I would easily find out that this company is the worst choice even if they offer competitive prices.

Poor after sales support


I purchased a cargo bike from this store in May 2024, and the battery already started having issues within a few months. I contacted customer service in November, and after being asked to send a video of the problem, I was told the bike itself needed to be inspected. Since I’m based in Amsterdam and the store is in Alkmaar, transporting the bike wasn’t feasible, especially since the battery wasn’t working. They mentioned a pickup service for a fee, but after requesting it, I never heard back.

It’s been over three months since I first reported the issue, and I’ve received no proper support. I eventually had to buy a new battery just to use the bike, and it works perfectly, confirming the issue was with the original battery. Despite the battery being under warranty, the lack of proper after-sales service has been extremely frustrating.

Be warned—their customer service is terrible, and resolving issues with them is next to impossible. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store.

Do not trust the availability on the website

Thank god I contacted the customer support BEFORE buying the bike, because even if the website indicated that the bike I wanted to buy was available, it was NOT. Not only that, but also other bikes that I wanted to purchase were actually out of stock but still completely buyable. How can a customer know if the bike is available or not if the website is faulted? Fix the error. It has been like this for a week!

I ordered a Segway ZT3 Pro online with free delivery as advertised. I paid for it immediately with my credit card! After 10 days with no response, I sent an inquiry to Voltes. Suddenly, I received an email from a Voltes employee saying I needed to pay an additional €190 for transport (because the package had to be delivered on a pallet). Excuse me? Seriously? Is this some kind of new business model? After many emails, I ended up canceling the scooter! Three weeks after placing the order, I finally got my money back. The company is still advertising the scooter with free shipping. Outrageous! After some research, I unfortunately found out that there are many issues with this company, even with warranty cases. I would never order from this company again. NOT recommended!

Good information available on ordering and responsive to email query on delivery dates. I haven't received the hoverboard yet but it has been recommended by a friend who also ordered from Voltes. The offer includes a free kart with the hoverboard and I have been offered an additional bag for the trolley for this review.

Avoid Voltes at all costs

**Avoid Voltes; their customer support is non-existent and it will ultimately cost you.**

I purchased an off-road hoverboard for my 11-year-old son for his birthday. After a couple of months, the hoverboard began malfunctioning, turning violently in circles for no reason. I reached out to Voltes for troubleshooting help. They instructed me to open the hoverboard and conduct various tests, requesting videos and pictures of the inside of the device.

After four months of back-and-forth communication, they concluded that the wheel was faulty due to water damage and informed me that I would need to buy a new wheel, as the warranty does not cover water damage. This is extremely frustrating, as the hoverboard has mainly been used indoors or on the footpath and has never come into contact with water.

It feels like they are shirking their customer obligations by blaming water damage. Moreover, I’m concerned about their lack of attention to safety, especially given the potential hazards of selling such products. I feel this may warrant a recall of this particular hoverboard.

This is not a genuine company.

We got a hoverboard from Voltes as a Christmas present for a family member. Paid hard earned money for this present. It broke down in the beginning of February. It was faulty. Eventually we had to send it back to Voltes for repair. The hoverboard got to voltes because we spoke to someone who said they received it...after that there has been no communication from them. I have tried to ring their Customer service so many times that l have lost count. I have sent many emails asking for updates and they just don't answer back at all except for the first time saying they have the hoverboard. Now they have our money and the hoverboard! This is a very dishonest and disrespectful thing to do to customers who pay hard earned money over to a company who cannot and will not fill their obligations as business.

HORRIBLE experience with Voltes

DO NOT SHOP AT VOLTES.
HORRIBLE experience with Voltes. I bought a really expensive product for about 2800 eur, and it catched fire and burnt. When I tried to contact them they refused to take it in for repair and wanted me to ship it to USA for repair, but then I had to pay for the replacements and about 150 eur for shipping and, that's WITHOUT importing fees afterwards. Absoloutely horrible. And even after bringing up my warrenty they refused and straight up stopped answering my calls. Unbelievable! Never buy from these people, they wont do you any good. They didn't even help me with my issue to see if I could fix it at home. I had to contact the European consumer centre and they even ignore them!!! What even is this scam company?? They are responible and they don't care about it. Especially for that price its the worst I've ever experience. All of this has happened a while ago and I've spent MONTHS trying to get it repaired, money back or even replaces. I don't care if it's any of those 3 things anymore, I just need something that works...
I REPEAT. DO NOT SHOP AT VOLTES. Find better places, even if it's more expensive. They are not worth buying at

Bought a Koowheel from them and…

Bought a Koowheel from them and initially I was happy, but after 1,5 years it broke down and wouldn't start, so I shipped it to them according to the instructions that are on their webpage. I could see that they received the package, but after that nothing happened, and they haven't replied to my messages that I've sent over two months. So at the moment it feels like they caused me to lose 800 euros, and I don't know if I can do anything because I am in another European country.

Unresponsive Service

Really disapointed with the service. I ordered a seat for my e/scooter and found out that it wasn't compatible, so I decided to returned it. I paid 20 € for the return and now not receiving any answer to my requests for checking and authorizing the return. I'm now afraid that I'll have to cover my Klarna invoice since I don't have any response. I don't know what to say, never had problems with online orders like this before!
