Hard to find available cars
It seems to me that the amount of cars in Stockholm has decreased. Its getting harder to rent a car in the vicinity where I live (Central Södermalm). If its correct (you have decreased the number of cars), that is ok, but it would have been good to know. As for now, its been some three - four occations where I havens been able to find a car within acceptable distance

In Stockholm we have not decreased our number of cars recently. However, we periodically move cars between different stations for different needs. The availability also depends on how popular an area is.

The smell in the car was not…
The smell in the car was not satisfying. All seats where put down and the car was in a need for cleaning inside.

Numera tillåts hundar endast i våra XC40 Recharge. I appen kan som där det står "djurvänlig bil". Integrerade rails har vi på alla våra bilar för att sätta fast takboxar med mera.

We are actively working on adding more fully electric cars to our fleet. We intend to only have electric cars in a near future.
At the moment a little more than 53% of our entire fleet is fully electric. In the app you can choose to book "any electric" to guarantee you either our XC40 Recharge, C40 or Polestar 2.

Took three months and three separate contacts with customer service to get refunded for fuel personally paid for when car was missing from a car.

All good, except one time.
I have had no issues with on-demand at all, except once.
We had booked a car so that I could drive my girlfriend to the airport, but when I arrived at the garage, there was no way to get inside. I called customer support, and she tried to help, but she only had access to the same information as I did (code for the garage key-pad which didn't work).

It’s a bit pricey compared to other car…
It’s a bit pricey compared to other car sharing solutions, but the cars are very good. Sometimes people don’t clean up after themselves and we end up driving a messy car which is gross.

Electric cars and Diesel cars
Electric cars : 5 stars. Easy to pick and return. Km cost half of diesel cars. Enjoyed it.
Diesel cars : 4 stars. For fueling they provide credit card. But i need to spend 10-15 mins and some Km cost. There should be option to add 15 mins in reservation for free if the user refuel.

Good availability but extremely pricey…
Good availability but extremely pricey for me to incorporate this in my daily life.
I have a two-times per week 20km commute that I would like to use the carpooling for, but it increases my expenses by A LOT so I have avoided using it for a while.
It has become a once in a semester kinda service for us unfortunately.

Overall very happy as a full replacement for my car
Overall I am very happy with VoD as full replacement for my car. Not having to own a car is a huge convenience. I love driving good EVs and these Volvos certainly are that, so there are far more upsides than downsides.
One downside out of many positive experiences is that once, the car battery wasn't fully charged when I got the car, even though I was led to expect it would be — needing to spend time on an unplanned charging sessions for a day trip that I was for by the hour.

Om du har en kortare bokning ska batterinivån vara anpassad efter antalet timmar. Detta är för att du ska behöva ladda så lite som möjligt under din bokning.
