Timely support and friendly staff. I use the service regularly, with no issues.

Our rental experience with Volvo was really good. It was easy to find the place and identify the vehicle. There were moments when I needed help and through their chat center I was able to immediately reach customer support and get it resolved. Overall highly recommend it.

I've been a long-time user of Volvo On Demand services, ever since its days as Sunfleet, then M by Volvo, and now as it stands, Volvo On Demand. Just yesterday, we set off early in the morning from Linköping for a crucial doctor's appointment in Uppsala. Unfortunately, we experienced a tire blowout close to Stockholm, and we had to limp along to the nearest gas station. While en route, we reached out to the Volvo On Demand customer service team, who advised us to leave the car at the station.

Just five minutes after we parked, a taxi sent by Volvo On Demand arrived to transport us to a Volvo car station to pick up a replacement vehicle. The efficiency of the service was truly remarkable! We were back on the road, comfortably settled in another car, in just about 20 minutes. This instance was a testament to the true quality of a company's service, which shines brightest during trying times. I am immensely grateful to the entire Volvo On Demand team for their exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

Very good experience and customer service

The overall experience when using the services with Volvo On Demand are magnificent - starting from the ease of use, availability + affordability of the different options, but most important for me: the customer care which js one of the best I have interacted with. From “I forgot my sunglasses in the card” to “payment card problems, HELP” I have always received warm and instant help.

One of the best costumer services in Sweden. The cars are great and the app works incredibly well. Good job!

My problem was solved very fast and the customer officer was very friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with entering once of the garages where the door code didn't work.

Fun fact was, Stockholm Parkering was giving different information to me vs Volvo On Demand.

Customer Service was absolutely AMAZING and super persistent to solve the issue.

They called the garage many times, even went to the garage to sort out the problem on the spot. And then got back to me with a solution.

All the customer support representatives are super friendly and VERY fast and responsive.

I think this is a key factor that differentiates On Demand from any other similar service!

What can be better:
I gave 4 stars (not 5), because:

1. There is certain smell in some of the cars, perhaps internal cleaning can be done more often.
2. Also air pressure in the tires were low in a few rides.

It is a great service. Easy to get the car and keep it back by just using the app. Car was in good condition. Highly recommend.

Customer service is on another level! Great and comfortable cars and good availability.

As a new resident in Sweden, I couldn't get a credit check with my BankID, the customer service was very helpful and help me create my account very quickly (within minutes).
I rented a car a few days later, I put in the request 10 min before starting my trip. Not only cars were available but it was also charged. The car was spacious and very well equipped.
I had to add a bit of time as I was a bit late for my return time. It was easy and I managed to just add 15min which was what I needed.
Efficient and fast. Maybe the only downside is that for longer trips (weekly holidays for example) due to the 2kr/km the prices seem less attactive than normal rental companies.

Great experience booking cars with M.

I am new in Sweden and setting up an account with them with all non Swedish documents was super easy with their chat support. It was manual approval but everything was done in a matter of couple of hours while sitting at home.
Would highly recommend the service.

M Volvo is an amazing way of owning a modern and eco friendly car for as long as you need. After using M I decided not to buy a car but just simply use M services. Indirectly M contributes to reduction of CO2 emissions indeed.

Very good experience with M-Volvo. Used for the first time. Hourly rates are okay. Would recommend others to use car for temporary purpose. Need to re-think for cars to rent for more than 24 hrs in terms of price reduction and per km charge to be thought of if the ride goes more than 100kms to compete with other rental car companies.
