Absolute SCAM do not use and do not trust!!!
Please ignore any good reviews and trust pilot beware...this could distroy any trust we may have in the reviews. Please check the companies carefully.
This one is in China and conning people with a .co.uk site. 90 days return policy promised but with many threats of having to pay for all sorts of taxes....

So far so good, lightweight, great heat and speed settings. Well packaged and arrived in 7 days.
Very disappointed with myself for not reading reviews before I committed as I wouldn't have if I knew it was from China. That's the annoying part of this company, also they set up a fake review website which is where I heard about it in the first place. I know if the hairdryer goes wrong, I'm stuffed, as cost of postage to China will not be worth the hassle. But, having said that, I had so many problems with Dyson products that they had my hair dryer more than I did so maybe China is the way to go...joking...would always prefer not to be conned and to buy British.

I was really excited when I first ordered my hairdryer and my face dropped when I saw a lot of negative reviews. It did take longer than expect to be delivered- approximately 1 week. In meantime I panicked and ordered the Dyson hairdryer. I ended up receiving both hairdryers in a similar time and preferred the Vorte one. It is light, drys my hair so quickly and is really well made. I have since sent my Dyson hairdryer back and kept the Vorte one. I did look into returning the Vorte hairdryer before it was delivered and you can send it back within 90 days, however you have to pay for delivery back to China at your costs which is the only downside.

Bought this January 2024 (under a different company name then). I then read reviews and my heart sank. However I use it at least 3 times a week without failing and I love it. I always make sure I clean the filter which is easy to do. Dries my hair so quick and easy. Q

Don't be fooled by the UK website.

I placed the order and then contacted them half an hour later to cancel. No reply and no refund. They are complete scammers so don’t order anything from them.

I bought my hairdryer in October and have had no problems from day one. Tracking was provided and the item arrived in good time, well packaged. It’s lightweight, long thick cord, great attachments that easily attach magnetically, particularly love the flywaway smoother, it’s so much gentler than using a straightener to finish off. Very pleased with this product and the price and this is not a fake review!

I purchased the hair dryer before reading the bad reviews, I must admit my heart sunk as it was my wife’s main Christmas present. I do believe I looked at a fake review to make it sound better and the website does lead you to believe the company is in England instead of China. It took 10 days to arrive but once received I was pleasantly impressed with it, it feels decent quality and works well, only time will tell. Probably not worth the £160 I paid but certainly not as bad as some people make out.

Don’t believe a word they say this is a company in china that if you get in touch will respond once a day if your lucky between 02:00 and 06:00am with any excuse they can think of these are not all at the same time responses from them can’t cancel already processed ( tried cancelling straight away) we give you 5% you keep, we give you 10% you keep, will cost to much to post, will cost to much import tax list goes on until eventually no response because I said I will sort tracked postage and pay import taxes please don’t get conned by this company,where the uk part to there name comes from ? who knows ? BE WARNED !!

CRAP PRODUCT
Supplied the product in Australia with a plug that is only suitable for the UK. Want us to use a converter. Are doing everything not to supply the right product.
They tried to say they were in Australia. THEY ARE NOT!!
Have reported them to Consumer Affairs in Australia.

After purchasing and then realising the company was in China not the UK as insinuated by the website, I searched out and read the reviews and was even more worried then. However my wife has had this hair dryer for several weeks now and is very pleased with it, yes it is light weight as stated by others but I was informed by my wife "that's a bonus no aching arms. Its powerful and seems decent quality, but only time will tell.

Still waiting for refund for £150 over 3 weeks now and they are ignoring my emails... Shocking no customer service whatsoever, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

**SCAM ALERT** This company will try to do everything to avoid giving you a returns address and a refund! The product is cheap plastic and rubbish and the website is set up to make you believe it's coming from the UK. We are now in the process of trying to get our money back and are in touch with out Credit Card company. Not sure how the positive reviews are being verified, but it's obvious that AI have written them! Has anyone actually received a refund from them? FYI Restocking fees are illegal in UK consumer law.

A “Dyson” at half the Weight,- and half the price 👍.
I’m rather concerned about all the one star “fake company” reviews. My experience was great, foreign company yes, but so what? The tracking was brilliant and very in depth (stating cleared customs, with courier etc)
The packaging is posh, and there is nothing cheap about this item except the price. I paid £159, I had paid £399 for a Dyson several years ago that broke after about 14 months. This dryer is just the same ie. fast, cool, smooth and very adjustable. I can’t fault it. Only time will tell its longevity. I am 100 percent pleased with it.

Terrible product, cheap and nasty like you'd find in a Poundland store. Not a UK company but a rip off site set up for Christmas. Beware of 5 star reviews Don't seem genuine

It's scam, the product don't have print on dryer,look like is not a genuine product at all, no communication between them and us , massive problem with return if any at all, they treat you with bad credit score, please don't spend money on something with is absolutely scam

Absolute scam. Please avoid. Contact your bank to report them and claim a refund.
