This is a scam company won't take the dryer back been told to give it as a gift to some family member. When I bought one they said you have it in your basket we'll take 10% off so I bought it twice by mistake,my fault trusted them. They said it will cost me more if I send it back, it like they are laughing at you because your not getting your money back. Total scam be warned.

Do not buy, totally scam. The exact same hair dryers are on sale via sites in China for £28-£40. You can see yourself by google lens photo of the product. They refuse to refund and they even say in their emails to me it will cost me too much to send back to China so nothing they can do. TOTAL SCAM. I have reported them but not sure if anything will happen as the website is just a front for UK customers .

SCAM! We wrote to politely ask where to send our unopened hair dryer, the same day it arrived. They blocked us! No reason at all!

I found the trust pilot reviews after I purchased this and was really worried. I purchased on credit card thankfully in case I had any issues. It definitely appeared to be a UK website so I was initially worried when it was being shipped from China. The product arrived within a week with no customs charges.

It was well packaged with an outer sleeve. The instructions are under the inner box under the dryer. It comes with a diffuser, narrow nozzle, wider nozzle and fly away attachment to smooth down the hair. These attachments fit magnetically and are easy to attach and remove.

The power of the dryer is incredible on the maximum setting. I have a parlux hairdryer my daughter has taken so I bought this and am actually super impressed. I have thick wavy hair and blow dried my hair smooth and straight in 15 minutes.

Only time will tell if it was worth it but just in case anyone else has ordered - I am really happy with this. Came with UK plug and its an obvious dupe for another well known brand but it's definitely not a scam.

Company is a scam and not legitimate. It is a front for a Chinese company, using SHOPLINE as the website host.
Details of the individuals running the company, along with their addresses, have been provided to UK and Chinese authorities.

Absolute scam!!!! This is not a real company!! Any positive reviews are FAKE. Website comparison website promoting this dryer is FAKE. I live in Australia and they sent me cheap plastic rubbish with a UK plug and are refusing to process a return. Absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buy something else unless you want to spend $300 for cheap crap!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are not a British company. Do not believe their website.
Cheap Chinese product, dreadful packaging, no instructions and a total nightmare to try to get them to accept a return!

They misrepresent their company as UK based and their products… they are a Chinese company, not worth the money at all, total rip off ( you can literally buy the same product on Amazon for a quarter of the price)!!! I’m absolutely appalled

I would not touch this company I gave 1 star only because I had to to write a reveiw. Firstly i was not aware this item is shipped from china, absolute rubbish for a price tag of £159. I would not have paid £50 for it, a glitch on the website told me my payment had declined. Stupidly I dis it again on another card. Contacted them right away to cancel 1. They would not do this, I advised again stupidly I would not accept delivery of the one I didn't want. The company was then magically able to orchestrate packing 2 completely seperate orders into 1 package. I was not notified of the delivery, came home from work & the package was on my doorstep. I have tried to explain to the company the dryer is not up to standard & I want my money refunded. They are reluctant to do this offering me 5% off to keep 2 crap dryers. Telling me it will be too much to return to China. The website is miss leading as there is a UK address. I would not touch this company with a barge pole I am £318 pound down which i can ill afford. I am back and forth with emails which is having a massive impact on my mental health. Every consumer should be entitled to a refund & not be miss lead as to where their product is coming from because I would not have ordered this product had I was made aware it was coming from China. I am a professional hairdresser & I need a professional product, this company should not be aloud to operate in a way that miss leads the consumer. Absolutely broken with the whole carry on, I would avoid this company like the plague.

This hair dryer is a powerhouse! It's eco-friendly and uses electricity efficiently. Best of all, I don't have to worry about it exploding or burning.

I love that this hair dryer is so durable! It can withstand high temperatures and it's very energy-efficient.

Absolutely appalling service. I am trying to return a faulty product and just receive endless emails asking me to test in different ways. There is no power to the device but they seem reluctant to accept this

Cheap crap. Cut out after few minutes of my wife using it for the first time. Still waiting on a reply from customer service.
