I didn't know how to remove a profile from an old Mac computer. I had run out of "slots" so I needed to manage my user account.
A quick email to customer support and Alexander was replying in minutes, with a link to what I needed to do.
Very helpful and I was able to get my new Mac protected.

Needed to change my login details
I had my login email attacked had had to change it. I contacted Keepsolid VPN Unlimited customer support via the app and received a very fast response on how to change my login. I sent them what they required to confirm my account and they transferred my lifetime account almost immediately. Excellent customer service & an excellent product.

Very good VPN with affordable Lifetime membership
It has a lot of features including Split Tunneling, and the speed not bad at all.
It suits my needs pretty well since many years.
That said, you won't always get the best quality when using a streaming service from an oversea server but that is to be expected.
Support via email was lovely, very fast and effective

Connection problems on startup
A real pain when starting your PC, often have to disconnect the VPN Unlimited Windows service to enable connection again.
Customer service uses a script system, not interested if these do not work. Always ready to blame the customer's equipment
Latest:
The customer is expected to manually go into the Windows registry system (dangerous) because the installed software does not uninstall it's self properly.
Questions to C/S are not answered/feedback ignored.

Drops out often
Drops out often/daily. Signs me out randomly. Sometimes can't access the internet when VPN becomes active whereas internet was accessible without VPN.
The company takes ages to respond via email & refuses to provide phone support, even after I told them the steps they provided me with didn't work.
It's a huge hassle because I am in China and I need a VPN to do anything.
I am not waiting for my subscription to run out, I am actively seeking a new VPN service & would not recommend unlimited to anyone.

Support knowlege and patience made a difference
I had a problem with VPN on my very old computer running Win 7. Finally it VPN stop connecting and i applied for support. Vlad from VPN Unlimited spent a lot of time very patiently guiding me through reparation process and finally succeeded! Now I can connect to remote servers in seconds and safely browse the Web.

I recommend this VPN. Not only does it work great, but also the support is outstanding. I bought my lifetime license in 2021, hadn't used it in a very long time and lost access to the email I purchased it from. They were helpful and in a few hours I restored access to it with my new email. Thankfully I was still able to login with the old details even though I had no access to the email account, and was able to download the invoice paid in 2021, that was enough for them to change the email to my current one. Thank you!
