Greg replied and helped me fix the problem, transferring my old profile to new email after providing proof of account ownership. KeepSolid's online service deserves a 5-star rating…
I purchased a lifetime subscription for KeepSolid VPN Unlimited 7 years ago and had haven't used the service until recently. However I just forgot everything from registration on and contacted its customer service about seven days ago. To my surprise I got a response by email quickly from Mr. Maria Polis. She helped me with a great patient and almost instant response to retrieved my account. I haven't quite met such a great online service - quick, responsive and right-to-the-point, and am grateful for her help.

I've been with KeepSolid for a few years now and have to say that they keep improving the service. I now get fast speeds, very good geo unblocking and a split tunneling that works. Very impressed.

The best vpn app!
The best vpn app! I have been using the VPN Unlimited for several years, excellent experience, low ping, a huge number of geos. Before that, I used another VPN and there were periodically problems because not all were available, some had low speed, sometimes there were disconnects, VPN Unlimitet has no such problem.

Excellent after sales service
I had to change my Email adress which is not always easy as it is a main element of verification. I contacted the after sales service and within less than a day the problem was solved 100%. This was an outstanding experience of excellent service.

Poor performance after 3 year of using
poor performance... after 3 year of using. From France to Germany it's almost impossible to get a good and stable connection. VPN Unlimited is crashing regularly, watching a German TV channel out of France is hardly possible.
I think... they are simply "behind"....

I have paid and the service used to work for few months and now no longer works. After following their troubleshooting protocols it still doesn't work. They are now just straight up closing any support requests I open instead of fixing it. I have screenshots as proof. Stay away.
