Experienced discrimination by agents flying from Paris to Copenhagen on December 12th 2021. Was asked as only passengers in the line to pay for our hand luggage and that was before they had even checked our ticket. Everyone else just walked through. My daughter had a kids trolley and apparently it was too big to go under the seat in front. Have not been possibles to contact any customer service by email or phone. And they have not responded to my feedback in review email…..

Ved afgang fra Billund kunne vi se at bagage, som allerede var ombord, blev taget af flyet igen.
Knap 2 døgn senere får vi at vide at én af vores 2 manglende kufferter er på vej. Her snart 3 døgn senere er den stadig ikke kommet til hotellet og den anden er der intet nyt om.
Man har henvist os til selv at søge efter bagagen, men ellers har alle henvendelser til flyselskabet og rejsebureauet været resultatløse.
Sagt indledningsvis så ved vi selv hvor dette rod startede. Bagagen blev efterladt i Billund. Ikke ved et uheld, men som en bevidst handling, som der tilmed ikke blev givet passagererne informationer om.
De eneste som har bidraget konstruktivt er Billund lufthavn. Som det skal understreges ikke har noget ansvar i denne sag. De kunne fortælle at man ”var kommet til” at tage for meget brændstof ombord, og derfor så sig ”nødsaget til” at tage bagagen af igen, for at undgå ubalance og overvægt.
Man vælger altså at rette en fejl, ved, bevidst, ar begå en ny, og derved ødelægge flere hundrede passagerers start på ferien. For vores eget vedkommende snart halvdelen af ferien.
Var det virkelig den eneste mulige løsning?
Dertil kommer en stigende frustration over ikke at blive taget alvorligt.
On departure from Billund we could see that luggage, that was already on board, was taken off the plane again.
Barely 2 days later we are told that one of our 2 missing suitcases is on its way. Here almost 3 days later it has still not arrived at the hotel and the otherbag there is nothing new about.
We have been referred to search for the luggage ourselves, but otherwise all inquiries to the airline and the travel agency have been unsuccessful.
As stated earlier, we know where this mess started. The luggage was left in Billund. Not by accident, but as a deliberate act, about which, no information was even given to the passengers.
The only ones who have contributed constructively are Billund Airport. As it should be emphasized has no responsibility in this case. They could tell that the plane had "come to" take too much fuel on board, and therefore saw themselves "forced" to take the luggage off again, to avoid imbalance and overweight.
One thus chooses to correct a mistake, knowingly and deliberately, by committing a new one, thereby ruining the start of the holiday for several hundred passengers. For our own part, almost half of the holiday.
Was that really the only possible solution?
In addition, the frustration over not being taken seriously, is growing.

Avoid - Extremely unreliable
They changed my direct flight from Italy to London, to a connection flight via Barcelona with a 11 hour waiting time. The change was done without notice!
I only realised what was going on when I was trying to check in the day before. I had to buy a last minute ticket as a result costing hundreds of pounds more.
Stick to more reliable airlines, I do not recommend Vueling.

We wanted to cancel our booking because our son is sick, so we could not fly to Barcelona from Billund, Denmark. Friday 8. Oktober. They write on their website, that you have to call them, but no one is answering - it is an auto generated phone voice. When you try the option ‘cancel booking’ the voice tells you to go to the website and click ‘manage my booking’. There is no option to cancel when you do that and follow the voice mail. We now have ticket for at return flight Monday 11. Oktober and we can also not cancel that booking. It is a SCAM. Don’t use them!!!!
I also contacted their press officer in Spain, but did not receive an answer. We will take legal action. Don’t use them!!

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. We unfortunately had to cancel our flights due to a medical problem. We couldn't book online with only 1 checked bag so ended up having to make 2 separate bookings which meant my wife's booking was an Optima with flight credit in case of cancellation. My booking was a basic booking so non refundable never thinking we would have to cancel.
Trying to cancel the Optima booking online was reasonably straightforward but there is no facility to cancel a basic booking so they assume I'm still flying.
Eventually found a way of emailing them saying we want a full cash refund for the Optima flight but also the airport duty tax element for the basic booking.
They came back saying that they can't proceed as I am listed as already flown (how could I, the flight hasn't even happened yet!!) or the refund has already been made (it's non-refundable so how could I).
Their website has to be one of the worst I've ever come across & you cannot find anyone to talk to. An absolute disgrace.

just experienced one of our poorest and rude experience from Vueling check in staff in Valencia airport. Check in Management was very unprofessional. We were treated like children and courteous was non-existence. Sign posted check in desk 47-48 for flight VY8472 but after we queued for a while all we’ve been told to wait in other check in lane with no prior signage. We paid time flex for priority check in but no such service in Vueling. Don’t waste your money on this as you are being treated like cattle. The worst of all is that the woman check in lady in desk 47 was very rude shouting at us like school children. My wife and I refused to be treated like this! Bad bad bad customer service.

I went for a trip from Billund - Denmark to Malaga - Spain. To start with the flight was delayed which is unfortunately but so be it. Secondly I paid 100 euros to be seated in the front row (1F) to find out that I had been moved to the 12th row. 100 Euros!! When asked if I wanted anything from the troller, I had to pay 4 euros for a beer even though they moved me 11 rows back. The fact that they have the oddassety to ask for a 4 euro payment after a stunt like that is disturbing to me. Even though it was disappointing I wanted to pay the 4 euros but their payment terminal was currently out of order. One of two toilets on the plain was more or less unavailable during the whole flight which means that only one toilet was available for 120 passengers on an almost 5 hour flight - my bladder hurts. Also I did not get priority boarding which I also paid extra for. The experience was truly disappointing and I would not recommend this flight company to anyone. The stewards and stewardesses was rude and effortless. Please stay away. Even Ryanair is better.

Vueling Airlines [SR_Number: 1-20168965324] - and [SR_Number: 1-20169085034]. They automated all their replies to just say that they apologize and they cannot refund you or help you in anyway. And that it's not their fault because of Covid. Well it's not our fault either, I paid 200euros for my flights and I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked to use that money for flights in the future and they gave me a voucher that expired. I paid for services that I am not getting, what's that called again? THEFT!!!

Cancels the flight just as you get to the airport. Then blocks claims to compensation under European Law by having a faulty website. Then their 'customer service' representatives HANG UP on you even though they did not actually help.

Tried to contact Vueling to cancel our tickets and get the tax refunded but it was impossible to get in contact with them. We tried their website (not possible to write a request), the phonelines (could not get past the select language... It didn't work) and Facebook (can't write them message). A more cynical person would think that they have made it as hard as possible to get in contact with them. @Vueling Please feel free to get it touch!
